基于负压驱动的埋地燃气管道泄漏点定位方法OA
Leak Point Localization Method for Buried Gas Pipelines Based on Negative Pressure Driven Principle
在传统探测孔定位法基础上,提出一种基于负压驱动的埋地燃气管道泄漏点定位方法(简称负压定位法),分析定位原理及定位步骤.通过构造负压点,改变土壤内原有的燃气分布,通过检测探测孔内燃气体积分数变化来判断泄漏点位置.建立土壤内燃气泄漏扩散的数值模型,对负压抽吸后燃气分布进行探讨.通过现场试验,开挖验证负压定位法的定位点与实际泄漏中心的距离、负压定位法有效性.分析认为,负压定位法定位效果良好,土壤结构均匀性对负压定位法定位精度产生一定的影响.
Based on the traditional detection hole local-ization method,this study proposes a leak point local-ization method for buried gas pipelines based on nega-tive pressure-driven principle(hereinafter referred to as the negative pressure localization method for short).The localization principle and localization steps are analyzed.By establishing negative pressure points,the original gas distribution in the soil is changed,and the leak location is determined by monitoring the changes in gas volume fraction in the detection holes.A numeri-cal model for gas leak diffusion in soil was developed to investigate the gas distribution under negative pres-sure suction conditions.Field tests and subsequent ex-cavation were conducted to verify both the distance be-tween the identified localization point and the actual leak center and the overall effectiveness of the method.The results demonstrate that the negative pressure lo-calization method achieves good localization results,while the uniformity of the soil structure exerts a mea-surable influence on localization accuracy.
