信息技术在汽车维修中的作用及运用分析OA

Analysis of the role and use of information technology in automotive maintenance

针对现代汽车维修呈现出结构复杂、诊断精细化的特点,本文通过分析信息技术在汽车故障诊断、维修数据管理、智能检测设备以及远程技术支持的应用,并引入故障诊断系统(OBD、CAN总线技术)、维修信息数据库(OEM技术资料平台)以及基于云平台和物联网的智能服务模式.研究表明,信息技术不仅可以促进维修流程的标准化和数据化,还能够推动汽车维修由"经验驱动"向"智能决策"转型,最后本文指出当前在系统兼容性、人员信息化能力及设备投入成本等问题,并提出针对性的改进路径,以期为汽车维修行业实现数字化与智能化升级提供理论参考和实践指导.

Information technology is an important means to improve maintenance efficiency and quality.This paper sys-tematically analyses the application of information technology in automotive fault diagnosis,maintenance data manage-ment,intelligent testing equipment and remote technical support,and discusses its innovative effect on the traditional maintenance mode.Through the introduction of fault diagnosis system(such as OBD,CAN bus technology),mainte-nance information database(such as OEM technical data platform),as well as intelligent service mode based on cloud platform and Internet of Things,information technology can effectively improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis,shorten the maintenance cycle,and significantly enhance the standardisation and intelligence of the maintenance service.The ar-ticle also points out that there are still certain challenges in technology integration,personnel training and system securi-ty,and puts forward optimisation suggestions to promote the deep integration of information technology and automotive maintenance.
