Technical and Economic Research on Purifying Coke Oven Gas for Hydrogen Production
对焦炉煤气提纯制氢工艺、技术方案和不同规模制氢经济性进行研究.依托钢铁厂开展焦炉煤气提纯制氢具有一定的赢利能力,提高制氢规模有利于改善项目经济性,当制氢规模5 000 m3/h及以上时,投资回收期可缩短至5.1 a以内.项目敏感性分析显示,氢气价格的敏感性与投资财务内部收益率呈正相关,与投资回收期呈负相关,焦炉煤气价格的敏感性与投资财务内部收益率呈负相关,与投资回收期呈正相关.氢气价格的敏感性要高于焦炉煤气价格.
This paper investigated the purification and hydrogen production processes,technical schemes,and economic performance of hydrogen production at vari-ous scales from coke oven gas.Undertaking coke oven gas purification for hydrogen production based on iron and steel plants exhibits certain profitability.Increas-ing the hydrogen production scale is conducive to improving project economics,when the scale reaches 5 000 m3/h or higher,the investment payback period can be shortened to within 5.1 years.Project sensitivity analysis shows that the sensitivity of hydrogen price is positively correlated with the internal rate of return(IRR)on investment and negatively correlated with the investment payback period.In contrast,the sensitivity of coke oven gas price is negatively correlated with the IRR and positively correlated with the payback period.Furthermore,hydrogen price demonstrates greater sen-sitivity compared to coke oven gas price.
