以华北地区某市供热管网波纹管补偿器作为评估对象,分析供热介质,对波纹管进行疲劳试验,评估剩余寿命,提出提升疲劳性能的建议.氯离子质量浓度超标是导致波纹管补偿器发生泄漏的原因之一.波纹管剩余寿命不理想,主要原因为波纹管存在应力集中区域.确保供热介质水质符合标准,防止氯离子质量浓度过高引起腐蚀,可延长波纹管使用寿命.应从优化结构设计出发,降低波纹管的应力集中.严格控制制造工艺消除缺陷,也是提升疲劳性能的有效手段.

Taking the bellows expansion joints of the heating pipe network in a city in North China as the evaluation object,the heating medium was analyzed,the fatigue test of bellows was carried out,the remain-ing life was evaluated,and some suggestions for im-proving fatigue performance were put forward.Exces-sive mass concentration of chloride ions is one of the causes of leakage in bellows expansion joints.The re-sidual life of bellows is not ideal,mainly because of the stress concentration area of bellows.Ensuring that the quality of the heating medium meets the standard and preventing corrosion caused by excessively high mass concentration of chloride ions can extend the service life of the bellows.The stress concentration of bellows should be reduced by optimizing the structural design.Strictly controlling the manufacturing process to elimi-nate defects is also an effective means to improve fa-tigue performance.
