Countermeasures for Frequent Frosting of Air-Source Heat Pumps in Yangtze River Delta Region in Winter
从主动除霜技术、被动抑霜技术、标准完善与政策激励等方面探讨长三角地区空气源热泵频繁结霜应对措施.主动除霜技术包括超声波除霜、逆循环除霜、电加热除霜.被动抑霜技术包括超疏水表面抑霜、光热转换材料抑霜、低温隔热材料抑霜.针对长三角高湿低温工况,提出完善相关标准的内容.建议从财政补贴、税收、碳市场协同、市场准入与竞争、区域协同与生态共建等方面出台激励政策.
Countermeasures for frequent frosting of air-source heat pumps in the Yangtze River Delta re-gion are discussed from aspects including active de-frosting technologies,passive anti-frosting technolo-gies,improvement of standards,and policy incentives.Active defrosting technologies include ultrasonic de-frosting,reverse-cycle defrosting,and electric heating defrosting.Passive anti-frosting technologies include anti-frosting using superhydrophobic surfaces,anti-frosting using photothermal conversion materials,and anti-frosting using low-temperature thermal insula-tion materials.To address the high-humidity and low-temperature operating conditions in the Yangtze River Delta region,the contents of improving relevant standards are put forward.It is suggested that incentive policies should be introduced from the perspectives of financial subsidies,taxation,carbon market coordina-tion,market access and competition,and regional coor-dination and ecological co-construction.
