基于炼焦煤吉氏流动度的炼焦特征温度研究OA
Study on the characteristic temperatures of coking based on the Gieseler fluidity of coking coal
选取 70 个单种煤作为研究对象并展开吉氏流动度试验,深入分析炼焦煤的炼焦特征温度.研究着重探讨炼焦特征温度对炼焦煤黏结性能、变质程度以及炼焦性能的影响,并剖析炼焦煤的结构特性以深入探究成焦机理.研究表明,炼焦特征温度之间有一定相关关系,在一定程度上反映炼焦结焦胶质体的产生、增加及固化的过程.炼焦特征温度区间ΔTg与最大胶质层厚度Y和吉氏流动度lgMF的相关性显著,炼焦特征温度最大流动度温度Tm及固化温度Ts与挥发分Vdaf和镜质组最大反射率Rmax相关性显著,炼焦特征温度固化温度Ts与焦炭抗碎强度及焦炭反应性及反应后强度有着较好的相关性.炼焦特征温度在一定程度上能够反映炼焦煤的结构特性,对配煤炼焦具有重要意义.
Seventy coal samples were selected as the research subjects,and Gieseler fluidity tests were conducted to analyze the characteristic coking temperatures of coking coal in depth.The study focuses on examining how character-istic coking temperatures affect the caking properties,degree of coalification,and coking performance of coking coal,while also analyzing the structural characteristics of coking coal to gain deeper insights into the coke-forming mecha-nism.The results revealed correlations among characteristic coking temperatures,which reflect the generation,ex-pansion,and solidification processes of the plastic layer during coking.The temperature interval ΔTg showed signifi-cant correlations with the maximum thickness of plastic layer Y and Gieseler fluidity index lgMF.The maximum fluidi-ty temperature Tm and solidification temperature Ts exhibited notable correlations with volatile Vdaf and maximum vit-rinite reflectance Rmax.Additionally,the solidification temperature Ts demonstrated strong correlations with the me-chanical strength of coke,coke reactivity,and post-reaction strength.The coking characteristic temperatures reflect the structural properties of coking coal,which is of great significance for coal blending and coking.
