基于煤相分析的煤炭直接液化性能评价方法:以宁东煤田鸳鸯湖矿区延安组主煤层为例OA
Evaluation method of direct liquefaction based on coal facies analysis:Take main coal seams of Yan'an formation in Yuanyanghu mining area in Ningdong Coalfield
为评价勘查阶段煤炭直接液化性能,采用"最差限制律"或"一票否决制"对直接液化用煤(烟煤)进行分级与评价.以显微煤岩组分为主线,结合煤质及地球化学特征,阐明煤岩煤质-煤相-直接液化行为之间的关系,提出基于煤相分析的煤炭直接液化性能评价方法,以宁东煤田鸳鸯湖矿区侏罗系延安组主采煤层为例,评价其直接液化性能.结果表明:不同沉积相控制下,单煤层煤相序列不同,河流相的2 号煤层发育4 个煤相旋回,湖泊三角洲相的6 号煤层发育2 个旋回;同一煤相旋回,不同煤层的煤岩和煤相参数变化基本一致,从下至上煤岩类型由亮煤或半亮煤变为半暗煤或暗淡煤,镜质组含量减少,惰质组含量增加,成煤植物由草本向木本过渡,沼泽水动力由弱到强,水介质总体上由还原转为偏氧化条件.潮湿草本沼泽相形成的煤适宜作为直接液化用煤;潮湿森林沼泽相形成的煤可作为加氢液化用煤;干燥森林沼泽相形成的煤不适宜作为液化用煤.基于煤相分析的煤炭直接液化性能评价方法,指出研究区2 号煤层洗选后可作为液化用煤,而6 号煤层不适宜作直接液化用煤.
In order to quantitatively evaluate the coal performance for direct liquefaction,the"Worst Restriction Law"or"One-vote-down System"was adopted to classify and evaluate for bituminous coal for direct liquefaction.The microlithology combined with coal quality and geochemistry were used to expound the relationship among coal petrolo-gy and quality-coal facies-direct liquefaction behavior,which provide a theoretical basis for new evaluation method of direct liquefaction.The results show that paleomire sequences of single coal seam are different under the control of different sedimentary environment,the No.2 coal seam has four cycles under the control of fluvial facies,in compari-son,the No.6 coal seam has two cycles influenced by lacustrine deltaic facies.Under the same cycle of coal facies,characteristics of coal petrology and organic facies in the No.2 and No.6 coal seams vary consistently,from the bot-tom to the top,macroscopic lithotypes of coals vary from bright or semibright coals to semidull or dull coals,vitrinite-decreased and inertinite-increased,the percentage of herbaceous plants decreases but woody plants increases,the a-queous dynamic condition in swamps undergoes the weak-strong evolution,the aqueous medium in peat swamp trans-forms from reduction to weak oxidizing environment.The coal formed from wet herbaceous swamp facies is suitable for direct liquefaction,while the coal formed from wet forest marsh facies can be used for hydrogenation liquefaction.The coal derived from dry forest marsh facies is not suitable for liquefaction.According to the evaluation method of coal di-rect liquefaction performance based on coal facies analysis,the No.2 coal seam can be used as liquefaction coal after washing,whereas,the No.6 coal seam is not suitable for direct liquefaction.
