基于熵权TOPSIS法下商洛数字农业发展水平综合评价研究OA
Research on Comprehensive Evaluation of Digital Agriculture Development Level in Shangluo Based on Entropy Weight-TOPSIS Method
为科学评估商洛市数字农业发展水平,构建了包含数字农业发展基础、数字人才资源投入、数字生产经营水平、绿色发展投入及产出效益 5 个一级指标和 22 个二级指标的评价体系,运用熵权TOPSIS法对 2019~2023 年该市数字农业发展状况进行综合测评.结果显示,一级指标权重呈现差异化特征,产出效益占据核心地位,数字农业发展基础与绿色发展投入构成重要支撑,数字人才资源投入与数字生产经营水平则作为关键载体发挥长期影响;TOPSIS评价结果表明,商洛市数字农业发展水平呈波动上升趋势,2023 年相对接近度(C值)为近 5 年最高,但整体发展增速缓慢、活力不足.研究提出,需通过提升产出效益、强化基础设施建设、优化人才投入、拓展数字生产经营及加强绿色发展投入等措施,推动商洛市数字农业高质量可持续发展.
To scientifically evaluate the development level of digital agriculture in Shangluo,an evaluation sys-tem was constructed,which includes 5 first-level indicators and 22 second-level indicators.The entropy weight-TOPSIS method was applied to comprehensively assess the development of digital agriculture in the city from 2019 to 2023.The results show that the weights of the first-level indicators are differentiated:output ben-efits occupy a core position;the foundation for digital agriculture development and input in green development form important supports;and input in digital talent resources and the level of digital production and operation play a long-term role as key carriers.The TOPSIS evaluation results indicate that the development level of dig-ital agriculture in Shangluo shows a fluctuating upward trend,with the relative proximity(C value)in 2023 being the highest in the past five years,but the overall development has a slow growth rate and insufficient vi-tality.The study suggests that measures such as improving output benefits,strengthening infrastructure con-struction,optimizing talent input,expanding digital production and operation,and increasing input in green development should be adopted to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of digital agriculture in Shangluo.
