废活性炭热再生是实现废活性炭资源化利用,促进循环经济发展,打造"无废城市",助力"双碳"目标实现的重要途经.目前我国废活性炭热再生行业发展水平不均衡,存在行业集中度低、再生成本高、缺乏统一标准等困境,制约着废活性炭热再生行业的健康发展.本文从政策、标准、技术和应用等几个方面概述了我国废活性炭热再生行业的发展现状,阐明了我国废活性炭热再生行业存在供给缺口大、技术标准缺失等问题,分析了未来我国废活性炭热再生行业资源整合加速、技术产品环保要求不断提高的发展趋势,提出了废活性炭热再生行业应加强行业规划布局、技术研发创新、政策引导支持和规范再生行为的发展建议,为我国废活性炭热再生行业形成深度集约开发、清洁生产制造的新局面提供参考依据.

The thermal regeneration of waste activated carbon was an important way to realize the resource utilization of waste activated carbon,promot the development of circular economy,build"waste-free cities",and achieve the"dual carbon"goals.However,the current development level of waste activated carbon in China was uneven,with issues such as low industry concentration,high regeneration costs and lack of unified standards,hindering its healthy development of waste activated carbon thermal regeneration industry.This paper summarized the current status of waste activated carbon thermal regeneration industry in China from the aspects of policy,standard,technology and application.It elucidated the problems of large supply gap and lack of technical standards in China's waste activated carbon thermal regeneration industry.The development trend of accelerating resource integration and continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements of technical products in China's waste activated carbon thermal regeneration industry in the future was analyzed.It was proposed that the waste activated carbon thermal regeneration industry should strengthen the development suggestions of industry planning and layout,technical research and development innovation,policy guidance and support,and standardize regeneration behavior so as to provide a reference for the waste activated carbon thermal regeneration industry in China to form a new situation of intensive development and clean manufacturing.
