以芦竹为原料,采用立式管式炉对其进行氧气-水蒸气气化实验,研究了氧气用量比、水蒸气与芦竹质量比(mS/mB)和气化温度对合成气组分和气化特性的影响.研究结果表明:随着氧气用量比或mS/mB 值的增大,H2 体积分数、产气率、合成气低位热值、碳转化率和气化效率均先增大后减小,CO体积分数不断下降.随着气化温度的增大,H2和CO体积分数、产气率、气化效率均不断增大,产焦率不断减小.当氧气用量比为0.25~0.35、mS/mB 值为0.6~0.7、气化温度为800~850℃时,芦竹氧气-水蒸气气化绝对得氢量最优.与水蒸气气化、氧气气化相比,氧气-水蒸气联合气化方式更适合于制备氢气、甲醇.

The oxygen-steam gasification experiment was carried out in a vertical tube furnace using Arundo donax as raw material.The effects of oxygen dosage ratio,mass ratio of steam to biomass(mS/mB)and gasification temperature on syngas composition and gasification characteristics were studied.The results showed that with the increase of oxygen dosage ratio or mS/mB value,the volume fraction of H2,gas production rate,low calorific value of syngas,carbon conversion rate and gasification efficiency first increased and then decreased,while the volume fraction of CO decreased continuously.With the increase of gasification temperature,the volume fractions of H2 and CO,gas production rate and gasification efficiency increased,and the coke production rate decreased.When the oxygen dosage ratio was 0.25-0.35,mS/mB value was 0.6-0.7,and the gasification temperature range was 800-850℃,the absolute hydrogen yield of oxygen-steam gasification of A.donax was the best.Compared with steam gasification and oxygen gasification,oxygen-steam combined gasification was more suitable for the preparation of hydrogen and methanol.
