针灸在肝郁气滞型卒中后抑郁患者中的应用效果OA

Objective To explore the application effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with post-stroke depres-sion(PSD).Methods Eighty-six PSD patients admitted to the hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research object,all of whom were of liver depression and Qi stagnation type,and were divided into acupuncture group and refer-ence group according to different treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group received routine western medicine treatment,and the acupuncture group received acupuncture treatment on the basis of the reference group.The clinical curative effect,anxiety,depression[anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)score,depression self rating scale(SDS)score],nerve function[the United States national institutes of health stroke scale(NHISS)score],self-care ability[daily life activities ability evaluation form(ADL)score],sleep[Athens insomnia scale(AIS)score]and serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)].Result The total effective rate of the acupuncture group(95.35％,41/43)was higher than that of the reference group(79.07％,34/43)(P＜0.05).Compared with those in the refer-ence group,the scores of SAS,SDS,AIS and NHISS in the acupuncture group after treatment were significantly lower and the ADL score was significantly higher(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in the acupuncture group were lower than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can effectively relieve the depressive symptoms of PSD patients,improve the neurological function and reduce the levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α.
