乡村教师数字素养提升的价值意蕴、现实困境与突破路径OA
Enhancing Digital Literacy of Rural Teachers:Value Implications,Realistic Dilemmas and Strategic Paths
提升乡村教师数字素养,是推进乡村教育高质量发展、深化教育数字化转型的战略基点.其在促进教育公平、驱动教学变革、赋能专业成长等方面具有不可替代的作用.当前乡村教师数字素养提升面临制度、资源、主体三重困境,出现协同机制碎片化与评价机制悬置、数字设施虚化与支持系统弱化、数字认知偏差与技能断层的问题.基于此,应构建协同治理共同体与嵌入式评价体系以破解制度之困、推进数字化设施升级与生态化支持体系建设以纾解资源之困、推动认知范式转型与能力结构重构以消解主体之困,最终实现乡村教师数字素养的可持续发展.
Enhancing the digital literacy of rural teachers serves as a strategic foundation for advancing high-quality rural education and deepening the digital transformation of the education system.It plays an irreplaceable role in fostering educational equity,driving instructional innovation and empowering teachers'professional growth.However,current efforts to improve rural teachers'digital literacy face triple dilemmas at the institutional,resource and in-dividual levels.These include fragmented coordination mechanisms and suspended evaluation systems,superficial digital infrastructure and weakened sup-port systems,as well as digital cognitive biases and skill gaps among teachers.In response,it is essential to establish a collaborative governance communi-ty with an embedded evaluation system to address institutional barriers;upgrade digital infrastructure and develop an ecosystem-based support system to alleviate resource constraints;and reshape cognitive paradigms while restructuring competency frameworks to resolve individual-level limitations.Ultimate-ly,these measures will facilitate the sustainable development of digital literacy of rural teachers.
