A Study on AI-Empowered Digital Literacy Training Model for Faculty Members in Applied Higher Education Institutions

针对应用型高校教师培训理念滞后、内生动力不足、智能支撑缺乏等问题,应用人工智能技术,在以学习者为中心的理念指导下,基于自我决定理论、联通主义、元认知理论,遵循主体性原则、联通性原则、智慧性原则,设计"自主定向、对话交互、分享反思"应用型高校教师数字素养培训模式.该模式支持教师在智能开放的学习环境中确立个人发展目标和路径;支持教师积极与专家权威进行观点的交流、碰撞、启发,以个人知识经验为基础使用人工智能学习工具与资源等开展个性化学习产出成果;支持教师应用成果与定向受众交流,促进个体反思过程与成果,实现自我监控和调节学习.并构建该模式的实践路径,创新教师数字素养培训理论.

To address the challenges faced by faculty members in applied higher education institutions,such as outdated teacher-training philoso-phies,insufficient intrinsic motivation,and limited intelligent support,this study integrates artificial intelligence technologies.Guided by the learner-cen-tered philosophy,it proposes a digital literacy training model for faculty members in applied higher education institutions.Drawing on self-determination theory,connectivism,and metacognitive theory,and following the principles of subjectivity,connectivity and intelligent support,the model is structured around three components:self-direction,dialogic interaction,and shared reflection.It enables faculty members to set individualized development goals and paths within an intelligent and open learning environment;facilitates meaningful exchanges,debates and inspiration between teachers and domain ex-perts;and encourages teachers to leverage AI-empowered tools and resources to generate personalized learning outcomes based on their own knowledge and experience.The model also supports teachers in sharing their outcomes with target audiences to promote individual reflection and outcomes,enhance self-monitoring and regulate their learning processes.In addition,the study outlines practical paths for implementing this model,contributing to theoreti-cal innovation in digital literacy training for faculty members.
