共生理论视域下农村职业教育数字化转型的现实困境与优化路径OA

农村职业教育数字化转型构建是一项涉及多方主体、呈现异质共生现象的系统性工程.基于共生理论视角,构建由共生单元、共生模式、共生环境、共生界面组成的农村职业教育数字化转型框架.在实践中,转型过程面临着"共生单元异化,主体功能失衡""共生模式紊乱,协同治理失序""共生环境错位,政策实施受限""共生界面断裂,评价体系缺失"等困境,反映出各主体间缺乏有效的相互作用与协调.提出优化路径:激活潜在共生单元,优化资源配置机制;构筑多元共生模式,强化协同联动效应;营造开放共生环境,完善政策支持体系;设计稳定共生界面,健全评价反馈机制.

The digital transformation of rural vocational education is a systematic project involving multiple actors and characterized by heterogeneous symbiosis.Drawing on symbiosis theory,this study constructs a transformation framework comprising symbiotic units,symbiotic patterns,symbiotic envi-ronments and symbiotic interfaces.The findings reveal several dilemmas in current practice:the alienation of symbiotic units leads to functional imbalance among actors;disordered symbiotic patterns result in failures of collaborative governance;misaligned symbiotic environments constrain policy implementa-tion;and fractured symbiotic interfaces contribute to the absence of evaluation systems.These problems reflect insufficient interaction and coordination a-mong actors in the transformation process.To address these issues,the study proposes the following optimization paths:activating potential symbiotic units to improve resource allocation mechanisms;fostering diverse symbiotic patterns to strengthen collaborative effects;cultivating open symbiotic environments to enhance policy support systems;and designing stable symbiotic interfaces to establish sound evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
