Evolutionary Path and Basic Characteristics of Talent Cultivation Objectives in China's Higher Vocational Education
在全面建设教育强国、人才强国的关键之际,全面回顾我国高等职业教育人才培养目标的演进路径,并梳理出其基本特征,对培养拔尖创新人才、推进高等职业教育高质量发展具有重要意义.改革开放以来,我国高等职业教育的人才培养目标的政策表述先后经历"培养高级实用型人才""培养高技能人才""培养高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠"三个阶段,表现出始终坚持遵循党的教育方针、始终坚持契合职业教育的本质特征、始终坚持服务社会主义现代化建设等基本特征.面向未来,高等职业教育人才培养目标只有持续以政策为引领、以产业为导向、以育人为核心,才能培养出更多适应中国式现代化需求的高素质技术技能人才,为教育强国、人才强国建设提供坚实支撑.
At the crucial time of comprehensively building a leading country in education and talent,it is essential to review the evolutionary path of talent cultivation objectives in higher vocational education and identify their basic characteristics.Such a review is crucial for cultivating top-notch innova-tive talents and promoting the high-quality development of higher vocational education.Since the reform and opening up,China's higher vocational edu-cation has articulated talent cultivation objectives in three successive phases:cultivating"advanced practical talents","highly skilled talents"and"high-quality technical and skilled talents,skillful craftsmen,and national-level master artisans."Across these shifts,several core features have remained consistent:adherence to the Party's education policy,alignment with the fundamental characteristics of vocational education and commitment to serving the country's socialist modernization.Looking ahead,the talent cultivation objectives of higher vocational education must continue to be policy-led,in-dustry-oriented and centered on student cultivation.Only by doing so can the system nurture more high-quality technical and skilled talents who meet the demands of the Chinese path to modernization,thereby providing solid support for building a leading country in education and talent.
