AI-Empowered Continuing Education:Cultivation Paths of Human-AI Interactive Negotiation Competence
在AI 深度重塑继续教育生态的背景下,人机互动协商能力(Human-AI Interactive Negotiation Competence,简称HAINC)已成为学习者适应智能化教育转型的核心素养.基于具身认知与分布式认知理论,揭示了继续教育学员在个性化学习、沉浸式交互等方面的多元需求与 AI 技术在动态适配、智能反馈等方面的独特优势存在结构性契合.以此为据,提出HAINC培育的五维能力框架——学习者需构建"理解AI-设定目标-发布指令-分析反馈-调整策略"的闭环能力体系,并通过扩展技术接受模型、目标设定理论等多维度策略,实现人机协同学习效能的最大化.AI赋能下的HAINC培育不仅能优化继续教育中的人机协作机制,而且能推动成人教育从技术应用向认知能力重构的深层变革,为智能教育时代终身学习能力的培养提供理论范式与实践路径.
As AI continues to reshape the continuing education ecosystem,Human-AI Interactive Negotiation Competence(HAINC)has emerged as a core literacy for learners to adapt to intelligent educational transformation.Based on embodied cognition and distributed cognition theories,this study re-veals a structural alignment between continuing education learners'needs in terms of personalized learning and immersive interaction and the unique ad-vantages of AI technologies with regard to dynamic adaptation and intelligent feedback.Building on this alignment,the study proposes a five-dimensional competency framework for cultivating HAINC,emphasizing a closed-loop system in which learners develop the abilities to understand AI,set goals,issue instructions,analyze feedback and adjust strategies.Furthermore,by integrating insights from the extended technology acceptance model,goal-setting theory and related approaches,the study outlines strategies for maximizing the effectiveness of human-AI collaborative learning.The AI-empowered HAINC cultivation not only optimizes mechanisms of human-AI collaboration in continuing education,but also drives a deeper shift in adult learning from technology application to cognitive capability reconstruction.It provides both a theoretical paradigm and practical path for fostering lifelong learning compe-tence in the era of intelligent education.
