终身教育理念下"职继融通"一体化办学路径探析OA
Exploring the Path to an Integrated Model of"Vocational and Continuing Education"from a Lifelong Education Perspective
终身教育理念在社会中得到广泛重视与认同,为职业教育的创新发展提供新思路与方向.结合职业学校"一个学校,多块牌子"各自发展的现状,理性分析职业教育与继续教育融合发展一体化办学的现实需求、现实困境,从学校整体发展战略出发,在终身教育理念下探索和提出"职继融通"一体化办学的新路径,统筹规划职业教育与继续教育办学在配套政策机制、人培协同培养、招生录取培育衔接、一体化教学体系建设等方面融合,打破职业教育与继续教育之间的壁垒,切实拓宽职业学校培育高技术人才渠道,助力学校健全综合育人机制,推动学校高质量发展,为职业教育的改革创新提供有益参考.
The concept of lifelong education has gained increasing recognition across society,offering new perspectives and directions for the innova-tive development of vocational education.In light of the current situation in which vocational schools operate under multiple institutional labels with frag-mented development,this study analyzes the practical need and realistic dilemmas of the integrated education model that integrates vocational education with continuing education.From the perspective of overall development of schools,it explores a new path for"integration of vocational and continuing edu-cation"guided by the philosophy of lifelong education.The study proposes coordinated planning across supporting policies and mechanisms,collaborative talent cultivation,aligned admission and training processes,and the development of an integrated teaching system.By breaking down the barriers between vocational education and continuing education,this integrated approach aims to expand the path for cultivating highly skilled talents,strengthen compre-hensive student development,and promote high-quality development of vocational schools.The findings provide meaningful insights for the reform and in-novation of vocational education.
