教育家精神作为新时代教师队伍建设的核心引领,对高校青年教师职业发展具有重要的价值意蕴与实践指导意义.首先解构教育家精神对高校青年教师职业发展的多维价值,以理想信念指引职业方向,以道德情操与躬耕态度阐释职业品质特质,借育人智慧与仁爱之心丰富职业能力内涵,凭弘道追求提升职业精神高度.当前高校青年教师的职业发展仍面临多重现实阻碍,在职业理念层、职业品质层、职业能力层、职业追求层存在一些问题.基于此,通过职业理念重塑、职业品质提升、职业能力增强、职业追求拓展四个方面提出教育家精神引领高校青年教师职业发展的路径,推动其成长为兼具教育家精神与专业素养的新时代"大先生",助力教育强国建设.

As the core guiding force in building the teaching workforce in the new era,the spirit of educators holds significant value implications and practical guidance for the career development of young teachers in higher education institutions.This study first deconstructs the multidimensional value of the spirit of educators for teachers members in higher education institutions.It guides career direction through ideals and convictions,interprets profession-al qualities through moral integrity and dedication,enriches professional competence through pedagogical wisdom and humanistic care,and elevates pro-fessional spirit through the pursuit of the Way.However,the career development of young teachers in higher education institutions currently faces multiple realistic obstacles.Issues exist at the levels of professional philosophy,professional character,professional competence,and professional aspirations.In re-sponse,the study proposes a path guided by the spirit of educators to advance the career development of young teachers.This path encompasses four di-mensions:reshaping professional philosophy,enhancing professional character,strengthening professional competence,and broadening professional aspi-rations.It aims to cultivate them into new-era"great educators"who embody both the spirit of educators and professional expertise,thereby contributing to building a leading country in education.
