高校银龄教师支援西部计划为"行走的思政课"提供了鲜活场域.以银龄教师支援西部教育为"行走的思政课"之隐喻,聚焦高校银龄教师在支援西部计划中的教育家精神实践与传承.深入挖掘银龄教师在西部支教过程中的教育实践,探讨其在"行走的思政课"中如何呈现教育家精神的内涵并促成代际传承,分析其在教学、科研、指导学生与社会服务中的实践路径,揭示教育家精神在代际传递中的动态演变.旨在为高校教师队伍建设、教育家精神赓续、西部教育发展提供理论阐释与实践镜鉴.

The support western plan of silver-age teachers in higher education institutions provides a vivid context for the"walking ideological and po-litical course."Using this program as a metaphor for such mobile instruction,this study focuses on how silver-age teachers in higher education institutions embody and carry forward the spirit of educators through their service in western regions.By exploring their teaching experiences in depth,it discusses how the spirit of educators is expressed and passed on across generations within the"walking mobile ideological and political course."It further analyzes the practical path through which these teachers enact this spirit in teaching,research,student guidance and community service,revealing its dynamic evolu-tion in the process of intergenerational transmission.It aims to offer theoretical explanations and practical references for the construction of the university teaching workforce,the continuation of the spirit of educators and the development of education in western China.
