大景深水下广角镜头的光学设计与分析OA
Design and Analysis of Wide-Angle Underwater Optics with Extended Depth-of-Field
基于水下成像特点,设计了一款大景深水下广角镜头,并采用景深延拓技术,使得水下目标在目标距离 3500 mm处保持清晰成像,同时大景深范围内的物体经光学系统成像后仍能保持清晰.其全视场角达 90°,焦距为 4.92 mm,光学系统总长控制在 40 mm以内.该镜头采用 5 片标准球面镜片,相比传统 7片式结构,显著降低了加工难度和制造成本.该镜头在全视场奈奎斯特频率 83 lp/mm处,光学传递函数(Modulation Transfer Function,MTF)均优于 0.5,中心视场成像质量接近衍射极限.公差分析及实验验证结果表明,该设计满足低成本量产与装调要求,具备良好的工程应用前景.
In this study,a large depth-of-field underwater wide-angle lens was designed based on the characteristics of underwater imaging.Depth-of-field extension technology was adopted to ensure clear imaging of underwater targets at a distance of 3500 mm,and objects within the extended depth-of-field range were clearly imaged by the optical system.The lens achieved a full field-of-view of 90° and focal length of 4.92 mm,with the total optical length controlled within 40 mm.It employed five standard spherical lenses,which significantly reduced the processing difficulty and manufacturing costs,which were thus lower than those of traditional seven-lens structures.At a full-field Nyquist frequency of 83 lp/mm,the modulation transfer function(MTF)of the optical system was better than 0.5,and the imaging quality at the central field-of-view was close to the diffraction limit.Tolerance analysis and experimental verification results demonstrated that the design satisfied the requirements for low-cost mass production and assembly,demonstrating strong potential for engineering applications.
