电磁式振动能量收集器的寿命预测方法研究OA
Research on the life prediction method of electromagnetic vibration energy collector
构建了一种Comsol应力分析结合S-N曲线的电磁式振动能量收集器疲劳寿命评估方法.首先通过实验测定谐振频率下的开路电压、最佳匹配电阻及线圈电阻,建立振动加速度与弹簧所受最大力的定量关系;然后,依据收集器的结构尺寸在Comsol中建立模型,并选取相应材料的S-N曲线;最后,结合不同加速度下弹簧的应力分布特征,得到各加速度对应的弹簧失效循环次数.为克服低加速度下弹簧疲劳现象不显著及实验周期过长的问题,在2.2g和2.5g(g为重力加速度)高加速度环境下进行老化实验.基于所提方法,构建了谐振频率为30 Hz的电磁式能量收集器老化试验样机,实验结果与仿真预测相符,验证了该方法的可行性与准确性.
A Comsol stress analysis combined with S-N curve was developed to evaluate the fatigue life of an electromagnetic vibration energy harvester.Firstly,the open circuit voltage,optimal matching resistance,and coil resistance at the resonant frequency were experimentally measured to establish a quantitative relationship between vibration acceleration and the maximum force acting on the spring.Then,a model was established in Comsol based on the structural dimensions of the harvester,and the S-N curve of the corresponding material was selected.Finally,the stress distribution characteristics of the spring at different accelerations were combined to obtain the number of spring failure cycles corresponding to each acceleration.To overcome the problems of insignificant spring fatigue at low accelerations and long experimental cycles,aging experiments were conducted in high acceleration environments of 2.2g and 2.5g(g is the acceleration due to gravity).Based on the proposed method,a resonant frequency of 30 Hz was constructed The aging test prototype of the electromagnetic energy harvester was tested,and the experimental results were consistent with the simulation predictions,verifying the feasibility and accuracy of the method.
