基于离散积分法的电磁式互感器比差检定方法OA
Differential calibration method for electromagnetic transformers based on discrete integral method
针对传统互感器比差检定方法的标准互感器精度一旦失常,检定结果会受到显著影响的缺陷,提出了一种不依赖高精度标准器的新型电磁式电流互感器比差检定方法.首先对电磁式电流互感器比差影响因素进行了分析,推导了比差与工作电流、外接负载的关系,然后依据互感器在不同负载下的比差特性,设计了基于两个不同负载的比差检定试验,提出了一种基于负载增量系数的比差曲线离散导数估计方法,最后通过离散积分得到比差曲线.仿真实验表明:该方法所估计的比差比传统方法更接近真实值,最大相对误差不超过5%,且结果不受标准互感器的精度影响.
The traditional method for calibrating the ratio difference of transformers relies on comparison with high-precision standard transformers.Once the accuracy of the standard transformer was abnormal,the calibration results wouldl be significantly affected.In order to overcome this limitation,a new method for calibrating the ratio difference of electromagnetic current transformers was proposed,which did not rely on high-precision standards.Firstly,the factors affecting the ratio difference of electromagnetic current transformers were analyzed,and the relationship between the ratio difference,working current,and external load was derived.Then,based on the ratio difference characteristics of the transformer under different loads,a ratio difference verification test was designed based on two different loads.A method for estimating the discrete derivative of the ratio difference curve based on the load increment coefficient was proposed,and finally,the ratio difference curve was obtained through discrete integration.Simulation experiments showed that compared to traditional methods,this method estimates a ratio difference that is closer to the true value,with a maximum relative error of no more than 5%,and the results are not affected by the accuracy of standard transformers.
