HEC-RAS软件在梯级水库溃坝分析中的应用OA
Application of HEC-RAS Software in Cascade Reservoir Dam Break Analysis:A case study of Panjiadong Reservoir and Tanling Reservoir
广东省清远市连州市境内梯级水库众多,当上游水库防洪标准低于下游时,根据相关计算规范,需考虑上游水库失事对下游水库的影响.该文以潘家洞水库和下游潭岭水库为例,采用HEC-RAS软件建模定量分析上游潘家洞水库溃坝对下游潭岭水库的影响程度,并与经验公式法等对比验证,评估建模的合理性.结果显示,HEC-RAS软件在梯级水库溃坝分析中应用性好,可拓展性强.
There are numerous cascade reservoirs in Lianzhou,Qingyuan City,Guangdong Province.When the flood control standard of an upstream reservoir is lower than that of a downstream reservoir,it is necessary to consider the impact of the upstream reservoir's failure on the downstream reservoir according to relevant calculation specifications.This paper takes Panjiadong Reservoir and its downstream Tanling Reservoir as examples,using HEC-RAS software to model and quantitatively analyze the impact of the dam break of Panjiadong Reservoir on Tanling Reservoir.The results are compared and validated with the empirical formula method to assess the rationality of the modeling.The results show that HEC-RAS software has good applicability and strong scalability in cascade reservoir dam break analysis.
