Effects of Applying Composts Mixed with Cattle Manure,Straw,and Biochar on Soil Organic Carbon Characteristics

通过田间试验比较了牛粪、牛粪+秸秆、牛粪+生物质炭和牛粪+秸秆+生物质炭堆肥施用对表层(0~20 cm)和亚表层(20~40 cm)土壤及各粒级团聚体内有机碳及其组分含量的影响.结果表明:与不施用堆肥的对照组相比,施用堆肥显著增加了土壤及各粒级团聚体内有机碳、水溶性碳和胡敏酸碳含量,其中以牛粪+秸秆+生物质炭堆肥处理最高,其次为牛粪+秸秆堆肥处理;同时,堆肥施用增加了2~0.25 mm粒级团聚体比例,而0.25~0.053 mm粒级团聚体比例降低;相关性分析发现,土壤有机碳、水溶性碳、胡敏酸碳和胡敏素碳含量与各粒级团聚体内相应组分含量之间均呈显著正相关.综上,牛粪与秸秆、生物质炭混合堆肥施用能有效提高土壤有机碳含量,其中以牛粪+秸秆+生物质炭混合堆肥处理的提升效果最佳,团聚体物理保护是堆肥施用条件下有机碳稳定的主要机制.

Through field experiments,the effects of applying composts from cattle manure alone,cattle manure+straw,cattle manure+biochar,and cattle manure+straw+biochar on the content of or-ganic carbon and its components in surface(0-20 cm)and subsurface(20-40 cm)soils,as well as in soil aggregates of different particle sizes,were compared.The results indicate that,compared to the control(ck),all four compost treatments significantly increased the content of organic carbon,water-soluble organic carbon(WSOC),and humic acid carbon(HAC)in the soil and aggregate fractions.The treatment with cattle manure,straw,and biochar compost showed the highest increases,followed by the cattle manure and straw compost treatment.Both surface and subsurface soils exhibited an in-crease in the proportion of 2-0.25 mm aggregates and a decrease in the proportion of 0.25-0.053 mm aggregates.There were significant positive correlations between the content of organic carbon,WSOC,HAC,and humin carbon(HUC)in the aggregate fractions and the overall soil content of these components.These findings suggest that under compost application,physical protection by ag-gregates is a key mechanism for the stabilization of soil organic carbon.Under the conditions of this experiment,adding composts made from cattle manure,straw,and biochar can enhance the content of organic carbon in the soil and aggregates,with the cattle manure,straw,and biochar compost treat-ment being the most effective.Overall,the application of organic fertilizer is of great significance for increasing soil organic carbon content.
