不同光质对人参黑斑病菌(Alternaria panax)产生胞外降解酶活性及病害发生的影响OA
Effects of Different Light Qualities on Extracellular Degradation En-zyme Activities of Alternaria panax and Disease Occurrence
为探究光质对病原真菌致病力的影响,以人参黑斑病菌(Alternaria panax)为试验材料,设置白、黄、红、蓝4种光质处理,测定角质酶活性以及细胞壁降解酶活性,分析不同光质下人参黑斑病菌产胞外降解酶活性的差异;通过田间接种的方式,评价不同光质对人参黑斑病发生的影响.结果表明:不同光质条件下,人参黑斑病菌产生角质酶和细胞壁降解酶的活性均存在差异,角质酶活性在蓝光和黄光下最低,分别为36.48,36.20 U/mL,显著低于红光和白光;蓝光对细胞壁降解酶的抑制效果最好,其果胶酶多聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG)、聚甲基半乳糖醛酸酶(PMG)活性分别为152.16,140.16 U/mL,纤维素酶外切葡聚糖酶(Cx)、β-葡萄糖苷酶活性分别为82.11,76.91 U/mL.红光处理对人参黑斑病的发生具有显著的抑制作用,其次为蓝光;白光处理条件下,病害发生最为严重.
In order to explore the effects of light qualities on the pathogenicity of pathogenic fungi,Alternaria panax was used as the test material,and four light quality treatments were set:white light,yellow light,red light,and blue light.The activities of cutinase and cell wall-degrading enzymes were determined,and the differences in the extracellular degrading enzyme-producing activity of Alter-naria panax under different light qualities were analyzed.The effects of different light qualities on the occurrence of ginseng Alternaria leaf blight were evaluated by field inoculation.The results showed that under different light quality conditions,differences existed in the activities of cutinase and cell wall-degrading enzymes produced by A.panax.The cutinase activities(36.48 U/mL and 36.20 U/mL,respectively)under blue light and yellow light were significantly lower than those under red and white light,blue light exhibited the best inhibitory effect on cell wall-degrading enzymes.and its activities of pectinases[polygalacturonase(PG)and polymethylgalacturonase(PMG)]were 152.16 U/mL and 140.16 U/mL,respectively,while the activities of cellulases[exoglucanase(Cx)and β-glucosidase]were 82.11 U/mL and 76.91 U/mL,respectively.Red light treatment exhibited a significant inhibitory effect on the occurrence of ginseng Alternaria leaf blight,followed by that of blue light,and the disease was the most severe under white light treatment.
