金针菇菌糠和杏鲍菇菌糠在动物生产中的应用现状OA
Research and Application Status of Mushroom Residue from Flammulina velutipes and Pleurotus eryngii in Animal Production
菌糠是食用菌生产过程中产生的废弃物,近年来,随着我国食用菌栽培规模的增加,产生的菌糠量也随之增加,菌糠在饲料中的应用受到广泛关注.对金针菇菌糠和杏鲍菇菌糠的基质组成、营养物质含量进行综述,并对金针菇菌糠和杏鲍菇菌糠在肉鸡、兔、猪、羊、牛等动物生产中的应用现状,及其对畜禽养殖业经济效益的影响进行总结,以期为菌糠在动物生产中的应用提供参考.
Mushroom residue is one of the waste products generated during the production of edible mushrooms.In recent years,with the increase in the cultivation scale of edible mushroom in China,the amount of mushroom residue produced in the production process of edible mushrooms has also increased,and its application in feed has received widespread attention.In this paper,the substrate composition and nutrient content of Flammulina velutipes and Pleurotus eryngii mushroom residue were elaborated,and the current application status of these residues in the production of broilers,rabbits,pigs,sheep,cattle,and other animals,as well as their impact on the economic benefits of the livestock and poultry industry was summarized in order to provide a reference for the application of mushroom residue in animal production.
