n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids,n-3 PUFAs)是动物生命活动的必需脂肪酸,动物体内不能合成,需从饲粮中获取.在宠物健康领域,宠物出现皮肤炎症时,表现为皮肤瘙痒、丘疹和红斑等症状,会危害宠物健康.在饲粮中添加n-3 PUFAs可维持皮肤结构、改善皮肤炎症,但相关机制尚未完全明确.综述了n-3 PUFAs用于改善宠物犬和猫皮肤炎症的相关研究,并梳理了n-3 PUFAs改善皮肤炎症的可能机制,为n-3 PUFAs在改善宠物皮肤炎症中的应用提供参考.

n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(n-3 PUFAs)are essential fatty acids for animal life,but they can′t be synthesized in vivo and must be obtained from diet.In the field of pet health,skin inflammation in pets manifests as symptoms such as pruritus,papules,and erythema,which compromise pet health.Although dietary supplementation with n-3 PUFAs can maintain skin structure and alleviate skin inflammation,the underlying mechanisms remain incompletely understood.This review summarizes relevant studies on the application of n-3 PUFAs to improve skin inflammatory in pet dogs and cats,and combed out the possible mechanisms of n-3 PUFAs to improve inflammatory dermatosis,providing a reference for the application of n-3 PUFAs to address skin inflammatory conditions in the pet.
