杜仲皮水提物对虹鳟肝脏抗氧化能力的影响OA
Effect of aqueous extract of Eucommia ulmoides bark on the antioxidant capacity of juvenile rainbow trout liver
为研究饲料中添加杜仲(Eucommia ulmoides Oliver)水提物对虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)的生长和肝脏抗氧化能力的影响,此次实验以体重为(145.55±4.13)g的虹鳟幼鱼为研究对象,将体型相近的虹鳟幼鱼随机分成 5 个组,每个组再设 3 个重复,每个重复 30 尾鱼,然后在虹鳟幼鱼的基础饲料中分别添加浓度为 0(对照组)、0.5%、1.0%、2.0%、4.0%的杜仲皮水提物,以 10 周为养殖周期.结果显示,各添加组的超氧化物歧化酶含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中 2.0%添加组超氧化物歧化酶含量最高;1.0%添加组的过氧化氢酶显著高于 0.5%、2.0%、4.0%组和对照组(P<0.05),且 0.5%、2.0%、4.0%组与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05);0.5%添加组丙二醛含量显著高于 1.0%、2.0%和 4.0%添加组(P<0.05),但与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05),其中 1%添加组丙二醛含量最低;4.0%添加组蛋白质羧基含量显著低于对照组和其余各添加组(P<0.05),且 0.5%、2.0%、4.0%组与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05);综合各项指标表明,1.0%~2.0%的杜仲水提物添加能有效提升虹鳟肝脏抗氧化能力,其中 1.0%的添加浓度在提升过氧化氢酶活性和降低脂质过氧化产物方面效果尤为显著.
To investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with an aqueous extract of Eucommia ulmoides bark on the growth and hepatic antioxidant capacity of juvenile rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss),an experiment was conducted using juvenile rainbow trout with an average body weight of(145.55±4.13)g.Fish of similar size were randomly divided into five groups,each with three replicates,and each replicate contained 30 fish.The basal diet was supplemented with the aqueous extract of Eucommia ulmoides bark at concentrations of 0(control group),0.5%,1.0%,2.0%,and 4.0%.The feeding trial lasted for 10 weeks.The results showed that the superoxide dismutase(SOD)content in all supplementation groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),with the 2.0%supplementation group exhibiting the highest SOD content.The catalase(CAT)activity in the 1.0%supplementation group was significantly higher than that in the 0.5%,2.0%,4.0%groups,and the control group(P<0.05),while no significant differences were observed among the 0.5%,2.0%,4.0%groups,and the control group(P>0.05).The malondialdehyde(MDA)content in the 0.5%supplementation group was significantly higher than that in the 1.0%,2.0%,and 4.0%supplementation groups(P<0.05),but did not dif-fer significantly from the control group(P>0.05).The 1.0%supplementation group had the lowest MDA content.The protein carbonyl content in the 4.0%supplementation group was significantly lower than that in the 0.5%,1.0%,2.0%groups,and the control group(P<0.05),while no significant differences were observed among the 0.5%,2.0%,4.0%groups,and the control group(P>0.05).Overall,the results indicate that supplementation with 1.0%to 2.0%aqueous extract of Eucommia ulmoides bark can effectively enhance the hepatic antioxidant ca-pacity OF rainbow trout.Specifically,the 1.0%supplementation concentration demonstrated particularly significant effects in increasing catalase activity and reducing lipid peroxidation products.
