膨腹海马嗜环弧菌的分离鉴定、药敏分析及治疗案例OA
Isolation,identification,drug sensitivity analysis and treatment of vibrio cyclitrophicus in big-belly seahorse(Hippocampus abdominalis)
2024 年 3 月,辽宁大连某室内工厂化养殖场繁育的 60 日龄膨腹海马(Hippocampus abdominalis)发生疾病,表现为运动缓慢、不摄食、鳔部明显肿大等症状,并出现持续少量死亡.为确定病因,该研究从患病海马肝、胆、脾、鳔等内脏组织分离到一株优势菌(编号为 12).通过对该菌株进行菌落形态观察、选择性培养基培养、生理生化试验及 16S rDNA序列分析,鉴定其为嗜环弧菌(Vibrio cyclitrophicus).药物敏感性试验结果显示,该菌株对恩诺沙星、复方新诺明、氯霉素高度敏感,对呋喃唑酮、多粘菌素B、红霉素、诺氟沙星、头孢唑啉、丁胺卡那、庆大霉素中度敏感,对青霉素和氨苄西林耐药.根据药敏结果,采用恩诺沙星粉(水产用,100 g∶5 g)拌料投喂,按每千克海马体重 0.3 g的剂量,每日1 次,连续使用5 d,并辅以水质管理与环境调控.治疗4 d后,患病海马状态明显好转,摄食与活力恢复,死亡停止.该研究首次报道了嗜环弧菌可引起膨腹海马鳔肿大及相关病症,为该病的诊断与精准用药提供了依据.
In March 2024,a disease outbreak occurred in 60-day-old big-belly seahorses(Hippocampus abdomi-nalis)in an indoor industrialized farm in Dalian,Liaoning Province.The diseased seahorses showed symptoms such as slow movement,anorexia,and significant swim bladder enlargement,with continuous sporadic mortality.To identify the pathogen,a dominant bacterium(strain No.12)was isolated from the internal organs(liver,gall-bladder,spleen,and swim bladder)of the diseased seahorses.The strain was identified as Vibrio cyclitrophicus based on colony morphology observation,selective culture medium cultivation,physiological and biochemical tests,and 16S rDNA sequence analysis.The results of the antimicrobial susceptibility test showed that the strain was highly sensitive to enrofloxacin,compound sulfamethoxazole,and chloramphenicol;moderately sensitive to furazoli-done,polymyxin B,erythromycin,norfloxacin,cefazolin,amikacin,and gentamicin;and resistant to penicillin and ampicillin.According to the drug sensitivity results,enrofloxacin powder(aquaculture use,100g:5g)was mixed into the feed and administered at a dose of 0.3g per kilogram of seahorse body weight,once daily for 5 con-secutive days,accompanied by water quality management and environmental regulation.After 4 days of treatment,the diseased seahorses showed significant improvement in condition,with restored feeding activity and vitality,and mortality ceased.This study is the first to report that Vibrio cyclitrophicus can cause swim bladder enlargement and related symptoms in big-belly seahorses,providing a basis for the diagnosis and precise medication of this disease.
