该研究于 2022 年秋季对黑龙江上游(洛古河村至呼玛县段)浮游植物群落结构特征及多样性进行了调查.共鉴定出浮游植物 7 门 104 种,其中硅藻门种类最多,占总种数的 67.3%,绿藻门次之,占 21.2%.浮游植物细胞密度为 3.12×107 Cells/L,硅藻细胞密度占比最高(87.3%).优势种主要为硅藻门的梅尼小环藻(Cyclo-tella meneghiniana)、尖针杆藻(Synedra acus)、华丽星杆藻(Asterionella formosa)、短线脆杆藻(Fragilaria brevistriata)、扁圆卵形藻(Cocconeis placentula)、小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)和卵形衣藻(Chlamydomonas ovalis).浮游植物多样性指数分析表明,黑龙江上游浮游植物丰富度指数(D)平均值为 5.47±1.14,均匀度指数(J)为 0.69±0.20,多样性指数(H′)为 3.28±0.87.该研究揭示了黑龙江上游秋季浮游植物群落结构的空间分布特征及多样性水平,可为保护和管理黑龙江上游河流生态提供科学依据.

This study conducted an investigation into the structural characteristics and diversity of the phytoplankton community in the upper reaches of Heilongjiang River(from Luoguhe Village to Huma County)in the autumn of 2022.A total of 104 phytoplankton species belonging to 7 phyla were identified,of which the diatom phylum had the most species,accounting for 67.3%of the total number of species,followed by the green algae,accounting for 21.2%.The cell density of phytoplankton was 3.12×107 Cells/L,and diatom cell density accounted for the highest proportion(87.3%).The dominant species were mainly Cyclotella meneghiniana,Synedra acus,A sterionella for-mosa,Fragilaria brevistriata,Cocconeis placentula,Chlorella vulgaris and Chlamydomonas ovalis.The analysis of phytoplankton diversity index showed that the mean value of phytoplankton richness index(D)in the upper Hei-longjiang River was 5.47±1.14,the evenness index(J)was 0.69±0.20,and the diversity index(H′)was 3.28±0.87.This study reveals the spatial distribution characteristics and diversity of the phytoplankton community structure in the upper reaches of the Heilongjiang River during autumn.These findings provide a scientific basis for the protection and management of the river ecosystem in the upper reaches of the Heilongjiang River.
