χ2 适合性检验是评估观测数据与理论预期是否相符的重要统计方法,在水生动物遗传育种中广泛应用于验证孟德尔遗传定律、检验哈迪—温伯格平衡等关键问题.然而,当前相关专业教材匮乏,且现有教材案例通用性强,导致科研人员在实践中常面临自由度计算不统一、连续性校正条件不清等知识迁移困难.为此,文章系统阐述了χ2 适合性检验的原理与计算步骤,并结合经典遗传学案例,逐步演示其在SPSS软件中的具体操作流程与结果解读方法,同时重点指出应用中的注意事项(如自由度确定、样本量要求、理论模型合理性与校正条件).文章旨在为水生动物遗传育种领域的科研与教学提供清晰、可操作的数据分析指导,助力该方法的规范应用.
The χ2 goodness-of-fit test is a key statistical method for assessing whether observed data conform to the-oretical expectations.In the genetic breeding of aquatic animals,it is widely used to address critical issues such as verifying Mendelian inheritance laws and testing Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.However,the scarcity of specialized textbooks and the generality of existing textbook cases often lead to difficulties in knowledge transfer for researchers,including inconsistent calculation of degrees of freedom and unclear conditions for continuity correction.To address these challenges,this paper systematically explains the principles and computational steps of the χ2 goodness-of-fit test.Using classical genetics case studies,it provides a detailed step-by-step demonstration of the method's im-plementation in SPSS software,including operational procedures and interpretation of results.Key considerations in its application—such as determining degrees of freedom,sample size requirements,theoretical model rationality,and correction conditions—are also highlighted.This work aims to offer clear and practical guidance for data analy-sis in aquatic genetic breeding research and education,promoting the standardized application of this method.
