不同施氮量对百香果扦插苗生长及根际土壤养分含量的影响OA
Effects of Different Nitrogen Application Rates on Growth of Passiflora edulis Sims Cuttings and Nutrient Content of Rhizosphere Soil
为促进百香果生产实践中科学施用氮肥,在盆栽条件下,以不施肥处理为对照(T1),设置4个氮施用量处理,分别为每株4 g(T2)、6 g(T3)、8 g(T4),研究不同施氮量对石漠化土壤养分含量以及百香果生长的影响.结果表明,处理后第100天T4处理植株鲜质量显著高于其他3个处理;T4处理百香果根际土壤碱解氮、硝态氮、铵态氮含量均高于其他处理;各施氮处理土壤全磷、有效磷含量均高于对照,T4与T3之间无显著差异;各施肥处理在第100天时土壤速效钾含量均显著低于对照.综合分析认为,每株氮施用量为8 g时对促进百香果扦插苗生长和改善根际土壤氮含量效果较为明显.
In order to promote the scientific application of nitrogen fertilizer in the production practice of Passiflora edulis Sims,the test under the condition of pot culture,taking no fertilization treatment as the control(T1),five nitrogen application treatments with nitrogen application rate as 4 g per plant(T2),6 g per plant(T3),8 g per plant(T4),and the effects of different nitrogen application rates on nutrient content in rocky desertification soil and growth of Passiflora edulis Sims was studied.The results showed that:on the 100th day after treatment,the fresh weight of T4 treatments was significantly higher than that of other three treatments;the contents of total phosphorus and available phosphorus in the soil of each fertilization treatment were higher than those of the control,there was no significant difference between T4 and T3;the content of soil available potassium in each fertilization treatment was significantly lower than that of the control on the 100th day.Comprehensive analysis showed that when the nitrogen application rate was 8 g per plant,the effect was obvious to promote the growth of Passiflora edulis Sims cuttings and improve the nitrogen content in rhizosphere soil.
