水溶性硅钾肥对除草剂防效及大豆农艺性状的影响OA
Effects of Water-Soluble Silicon-Potassium Fertilizer on Herbicide Efficacy and Agronomic Traits of Soybean
为明确水溶性硅钾肥与除草剂混用对大豆田杂草防效、大豆安全性及农艺性状的影响,筛选最佳施用方案,采用随机区组设计,在大豆第一复叶展开期、开花前、盛花期、结荚期设置4个药剂处理组合、人工处理组和空白对照(CK),探究水溶性硅钾肥不同施用时期、不同施用量与35%松·喹·氟磺胺乳油混用对大豆的影响,通过调查药害情况、杂草防效、生长指标及产量,系统评估其应用效果.结果表明,施用35%松·喹·氟磺胺乳油的处理组(处理1、处理2、处理4)药后7和14 d出现药害(真叶红褐色药斑、叶片皱缩),但混用水溶性硅钾肥与否对药害程度无显著差异,药后28 d药害症状基本恢复;水溶性硅钾肥与该除草剂混溶性良好,无絮结、沉淀等不良反应,药后15 d总草株数防效达91.9%~92.9%,30 d总草株数防效达93.6%~94.4%、鲜重防效达94.0%~94.5%,与单独施用除草剂防效无显著差异;生长指标方面,处理2[4次施用,用量100 mL·(667 m2)-1]表现最佳,株高(81.01 cm)、单株鲜重(103.45 g)、单株干重(24.54 g)显著高于其他处理,处理4[盛花期、结荚期用量66 mL·(667 m2)-1]各项指标显著低于处理1、处理2、处理3;水溶性硅钾肥可促进大豆开花(盛花期单株开花数6.93~7.20朵);产量上,各处理组较人工除草增产2.97%~10.27%,较空白对照增产84.45%~97.54%,其中处理2产量最高(4 249 kg·hm-2),增产效果显著.在供试剂量范围[66~100 mL·(667 m2)-1]内,水溶性硅钾肥可与35%松·喹·氟磺胺乳油混用,对大豆安全且不影响除草效果,同时能显著提升大豆生长指标,提高产量,建议在大豆第一复叶展开期、开花前、盛花期、结荚期连续施用,推荐用量66~100 mL·(667 m2)-1.
To clarify the effects of the mixed use of water-soluble silicon-potassium fertilizers and herbicides on the weed control efficacy,soybean safety and agronomic traits in soybean fields,and to screen the best application plan.A random block design was adopted.Four chemical treatment combinations were set up at the first compound leaf unfolding stage,before flowering,full flowering stage and podding stage of soybeans,along with artificial treatment groups and blank controls(CK).To explore the effects of the mixed application of water-soluble silicon-potassium fertilizer at different application periods,different application amounts with 35%clomazone·quizalofop-p-ethyl·fomesafen EC on soybeans,and to systematically evaluate its application effect by investigating the pesticide damage situation,weed control efficacy,growth indicators and yield.The results showed that phytotoxicity occurred in the treatment groups(T1,T2,and T4)treated with 35%clomazone·quizalofop-p-ethyl·fomesafen EC 7 and14 days after application.However,there was no significant difference in the degree of phytotoxicity whether water-soluble silicon-potassium fertilizers were mixed or not,and the phytotoxicity symptoms basically recovered 28 days after application.The water-soluble silicon-potassium fertilizer has good miscibility with this herbicide,without adverse reactions such as flocculation and precipitation.The total plant number control efficacy was 91.9%—92.9%15 days after application,and 93.6%-94.4%and 94.0%—94.5%fresh weight control efficacy at 30 days.There was no significant difference in control efficacy compared with the application of the herbicide alone.In terms of growth indicators,T2 performed the best.The plant height(81.01 cm),fresh weight per plant(103.45 g),and dry weight per plant(24.54 g)were significantly higher than those of other treatments.The indicators of T4 were significantly lower than those of T1,T2,and T3.Water-soluble silicon-potassium fertilizer can promote the flowering of soybeans.In terms of yield,each treatment group increased the yield by 2.97%to 10.27%compared with manual weeding,and by 84.45%to 97.54%compared with the blank control group.Among them,T2 had the highest yield(4 249 kg·ha-1),showing a significant increase in yield.Within the test dosage range[66-100 mL·(667 m2)-1],water-soluble silicon-potassium fertilizer can be mixed with 35%clomazone·quizalofop-p-ethyl·fomesafen EC,which is safe for soybeans without affecting the weeding effect.At the same time,it can significantly improve the growth indicators of soybeans,and increase the yield.It is recommended to apply continuously during the first compound leaf unfolding period,before flowering,full flowering period and podding period of soybeans.The recommended dosage is 66 to 100 mL·(667 m2)-1.
