高温过热器T91/TP347H异种钢焊接接头早期失效分析OA
Early Failure Analysis for Dissimilar Steel Welded Joints of High-temperature Superheater T91/TP347H
针对某电厂1 000 MW超高温过热器T91/TP347H异种钢焊接接头开裂失效问题,采用化学成分分析、显微组织观察和力学性能测试等方法分析其失效原因.结果表明,T91/TP347H异种钢焊缝尺寸、两侧母材化学成分及接头拉伸强度均满足标准要求;焊接接头T91侧组织为板条马氏体,焊缝为γ-Ni奥氏体,TP347H组织为γ-Fe奥氏体;T91侧内外壁存在87~89.51 μm厚的氧化层;在T91/TP347H焊缝界面处观察到氧化缺口和裂纹,裂纹前端富集大量C、Cr、Mo、Ni、V的M23C6第二相及蠕变孔洞;T91侧热影响区峰值硬度为331HV1.0,硬度超过标准值.T91/TP347H异种钢焊接接头的失效原因主要为接头本身焊后热处理工艺不当,导致热影响区硬度偏高,加上焊接应力、服役应力在异种钢界面发生的复杂叠加协同,以及材料本身在长时间高温服役过程中发生蠕变,最终导致异种钢焊接接头的早期失效.
In response of the cracking and failure problem of heterogeneous steel welding joint of T91/TP347H in a 1 000 MW ultra-high temperature superheater of a certain power plant,methods such as chemical composition analysis,microstructure observation and mechanical property testing were adopted to analyze the failure causes.The results show that the weld size of T91/TP347H heterogeneous steel,the chemical composition of the base metal on both sides,and the tensile strength of the joint all meet the standard requirements.The microstructure on the T91 side of the welding joint is lath martensite,the weld is γ-Ni austenite,and the TP347H side is γ-Fe austenite.There is an oxide layer 87 to 89.51 μm thick on the inner and outer walls of the T91 side.Oxidation notches and cracks are observed at the weld interface of T91/TP347H,with a large amount of M23C6 second phase rich in C,Cr,Mo,Ni,and V and creep voids concentrated at the crack tip.The peak hardness of the heat affected zone on the T91 side is 331 HV1.0,which exceeds the standard value.The main cause of the failure of the T91/TP347H heterogeneous steel welding joint is the improper post-weld heat treatment process of the joint itself,which leads to a relatively high hardness in the heat affected zone.Coupled with the complex superimposition and synergy of welding stress and service stress at the heterogeneous steel interface,as well as the creep of the material itself during long-term high-temperature service,the early failure of the heterogeneous steel joint is ultimately caused.
