旋转速度对6082铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头组织及性能的影响OA
Effect of Rotation Speed on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 6082 Aluminum Alloy Friction Stir Welding Joints
为优化6082-T6铝合金搅拌摩擦焊工艺参数,明确旋转速度对焊接接头质量的影响规律,以4 mm厚 6082-T6铝合金为研究对象,在固定其他焊接参数的前提下,通过金相分析、显微硬度测试及拉伸试验等方法,探究了600 r/min、750 r/min、950 r/min三种旋转速度对接头显微组织及力学性能的影响.结果表明:随旋转速度提升,焊核区范围扩大,"S"形曲线与洋葱环形貌逐渐消失,动态再结晶充分,等轴晶尺寸细化;Mg2Si 强化相颗粒尺寸减小、数量增多且分布更弥散均匀,热影响区则出现晶粒粗化与强化相粗化现象.所有接头显微硬度呈"W"形分布,热影响区硬度最低;旋转速度升高使焊核区硬度、接头抗拉强度及延伸率均呈上升趋势,当旋转速度为950 r/min时,接头力学性能最优,抗拉强度达211.5 MPa,延伸率为4.51%,断裂位置转移至热力影响区.研究可为6082 铝合金搅拌摩擦焊工艺优化提供技术参考.
In order to optimize the friction stir welding process parameters for 6082-T6 aluminum alloy and elucidate the influence of rotation speed on the welding joint quality,a 4 mm thick 6082-T6 aluminum alloy plate was selected as the research material.Under the condition of fixed other welding parameters,the effects of three rotation speeds 600 r/min,750 r/min,and 950 r/min on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the joint were systematically investigated through metallographic analysis,microhardness testing,and tensile testing.The results show that as rotational speed increases,the weld nugget zone expands,the"S"shaped flow pattern and onion ring structure gradually diminish,dynamic recrystallization becomes more complete,and the equiaxed grains are refined.The Mg2Si strengthening phase exhibits reduced particle size,increased quantity,and a more dispersed and uniform distribution.In the heat-affected zone,grain coarsening and precipitate coarsening are observed.Microhardness distributions of the joints exhibit a characteristic"W"shape,with the lowest values located in the heat-affected zone.As the rotation speed increases,the microhardness of the nugget zone,the tensile strength and the elongation of the joint all increase.At a rotational speed of 950 r/min,the joint achieves optimal mechanical properties,with a tensile strength of 211.5 MPa and an elongation of 4.51%.The fracture location of the joints transfers to the heat-affected zone under these conditions.These findings provide valuable technical guidance for optimizing the friction stir welding process of 6082 aluminum alloy.
