高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定蜡瓶糖中大麻酚、大麻二酚、四氢大麻酚OA
Determination of Cannabinol,Cannabidiol,and Tetrahydrocannabinol in Wax Bottle Sugar by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
建立了同时测定蜡瓶糖中大麻酚、大麻二酚、四氢大麻酚的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)方法.样品经甲醇溶解提取后,采用 5 mmol/L 乙酸铵溶液-甲醇进行梯度洗脱,Kinetex®F5 色谱柱分离,在电喷雾离子源,多反应监测模式下测定,外标法定量.结果表明,大麻酚、大麻二酚、四氢大麻酚在 1~100 ng/mL线性关系良好,相关系数在 0.999 84~0.999 93之间,检出限为0.34~1.21 μg/kg,定量限为 1.12~4.02 μg/kg,方法的回收率为 90.1%~112.1%,精密度为 0.4%~2.8%.该方法简便、高效且灵敏,适用于蜡瓶糖中大麻酚、大麻二酚和四氢大麻酚的定性定量分析,可为食品安全监管及公安禁毒执法提供可靠的技术支持.
A high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)method was established for the simultaneous determination of cannabinol,cannabidiol,and tetrahydrocannabinol in wax bottle sugar.After the sample was dissolved and extracted in methanol,a gradient elution was performed using a 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution methanol mixture,Kinetex®F5 chromatographic column separation,determination in electrospray ion source,multi reaction monitoring mode,external standard method quantification.The results showed that cannabinol,cannabidiol,and tetrahydrocannabinol had a good linear relationship over the concentration range of 1~100 ng/mL,with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.999 84~0.999 93.The detection limit was 0.34~1.21 μg/kg,and the quantification limit was 1.12~4.02 μg/kg.The recovery rate of the method was 90.1%~112.1%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.4%~2.8%.This method is simple,efficient,and sensitive,suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of cannabinol,cannabidiol,and tetrahydrocannabinol in wax bottle sugar,and can provide reliable technical support for food safety supervision and public security drug law enforcement.
