糖蜜的生物转化研究进展OA
Research Progress on the Biotransformation of Molasses
糖蜜是制糖工业蔗糖结晶过程中产生的一种高黏度副产物,富含糖类、蛋白质、矿物质以及多种生物活性物质,具有较高的应用潜力.我国糖蜜资源丰富,年产量约为 300 万~400 万t.为缓解其直接排放所带来的环境污染和资源浪费问题,糖蜜的资源化利用已成为研究热点.目前,糖蜜的主要应用方式包括直接利用和生物转化,其中通过生物转化制备青贮饲料、乙醇、单细胞蛋白(SCP)以及二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)等高附加值产品,最具发展前景.本文系统梳理了糖蜜在生物转化领域的研究进展,分析了当前存在的关键技术瓶颈,并展望了其在绿色生物制造领域的发展趋势,旨在为糖蜜的高效利用提供理论支撑与技术参考.
Molasses is a high-viscosity by-product generated during the crystallization process of sucrose in the sugar industry.It is rich in sugars,proteins,minerals,and various bioactive compounds,exhibiting great potential for resource utilization.China has abundant molasses resources,with an annual output of approximately 3~4 million tons.To mitigate the environmental pollution and resource waste caused by direct discharge,the resource utilization of molasses has become a research hotspot.Currently,the main utilization approaches include direct application and biotransformation.Among them,biotransformation to produce high value-added products-such as silage feed,ethanol,single-cell protein(SCP),and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)-shows the most promising prospects.This paper systematically reviews recent research progress in the biotransformation of molasses,analyzes key technical bottlenecks,and discusses future trends in the field of green biomanufacturing,aims to provide theoretical support and technical reference for the efficient utilization of molasses.
