钢板抗剪架基础补强方法在甘蔗制糖技改项目中的应用与验证OA
Application and Verification of a Steel Plate Shear Frame Foundation Strengthening Method in Cane Sugar Plant Upgrading Projects
在当前甘蔗制糖行业以技术改造、绿色升级与数字化改造为主线推进的背景下,既有厂房在不停产或少停产条件下进行设备更新,常暴露出柱脚区域冲切与一向剪承载不足等问题.针对该类工况,本文提出一种以钢板抗剪架为核心的基础补强方法,通过"剪力栓钉-井字钢板-承压底板-外包混凝土"的协同受力重构柱脚荷载路径,并结合规范复核与三维有限元(采用Midas有限元计算软件FEA NX)开展对比分析与验证.结果表明:相较未加固状态,该方法通过刚度协调与传力路径重构,使冲切控制区与抗剪截面的最大应力值分别降至原状的 29.8%与 45.2%,显著削弱了应力集中效应;现场全过程沉降监测显示,在新设备运行荷载作用下,基础变形稳定且无明显差异沉降,各项变形指标均满足相关规范控制要求,验证了加固体系良好的刚度协调与整体承载性能.研究表明,该方案具有高效、经济、装配化施工、对生产干扰小等优势,适用于甘蔗制糖企业技改场景下的既有基础快速补强与推广应用.
Against the backdrop of technical upgrading,green revamping,and digitalization across cane sugar industry,retrofit projects in existing plants often reveal punching and one-way shear deficiencies around column bases under equipment replacement and load increases.This study develops a steel plate shear frame foundation strengthening scheme.By leveraging the composite action of shear studs-steel grid plates-bearing plates-encased concrete,the method redistributes column loads and mitigates localized stresses.Code checks and 3D finite-element analyses(using Midas FEA NX finite element analysis software),together with an engineering validation,were conducted.Results indicate that,compared with the unstrengthened condition,the method significantly reduced the peak stress in the punching control zone and shear section to 29.8%and 45.2%of their original levels respectively,effectively alleviating stress concentrations.Field settlement monitoring under the actual equipment operating load demonstrated that the foundation deformation was stable and uniform.The differential settlement satisfied relevant code requirements,confirming the effective stiffness coordination and overall load-bearing reliability of the strengthening system.The method is efficient,economical,and constructible with minimal downtime,making it well suited for rapid foundation strengthening in technical-upgrading projects of sugarcane sugar plants.
