整秆式甘蔗联合收获机的输送通道总成的设计与试验OA
Design and Experiment of Delivery Channel Assembly for the Whole-stalk Sugarcane Harvester
针对现有整秆式甘蔗联合收获机切割效果不理想、喂入不畅,输送通道易堵塞、作业效率低等问题,设计了一种整秆式甘蔗联合收获机的输送通道总成.通过分析输送通道的结构和转速等关键参数,优化甘蔗根切、喂入、输送、剥叶、杂质分离、蔗茎收集等各部件结构与作业参数匹配,提升整秆式甘蔗联合收获机作业性能、适应性等.田间试验结果表明:作业速度 2.0 km/h、刀盘转速 600 r/min、前输送辊组 280 r/min、剥叶辊组 1 100 r/min、后输送辊组 300 r/min、排叶辊组 200 r/min、抛蔗辊组 300 r/min时,含杂率为 2.5%、总损失率为 2.6%、宿根破头率为 8.9%、蔗茎合格率为 92.3%.收获机作业性能指标优于整秆式甘蔗联合收获机技术标准要求.
Aiming at the problems of existing whole-stalk sugarcane combine harvesters,such as unsatisfactory cutting effect,unsmooth feeding,easy blockage of the conveying channel,and low operational efficiency,a conveying channel assembly for whole-stalk sugarcane combine harvesters was designed.By analyzing key parameters including the structure and rotational speed of the conveying channel,the structures of various components(for sugarcane root cutting,feeding,conveying,leaf stripping,impurity separation,and sugarcane stem collection)and the matching of their operational parameters were optimized to improve the working performance and adaptability of the whole-stalk sugarcane combine harvester.Field test results showed that when the operating speed was 2.0 km/h,the cutter disc rotational speed was 600 r/min,the front conveying roller set was 280 r/min,the leaf stripping roller set was 1 100 r/min,the rear conveying roller set was 300 r/min,the leaf discharge roller set was 200 r/min,and the cane throwing roller set was 300 r/min,the trash content rate was 2.5%,the total loss rate was 2.6%,the broken stubble rate of ratoon sugarcane was 8.9%,and the qualified rate of sugarcane stems was 92.3%.The operating performance indicators of the harvester are superior to the technical requirements specified for whole-stalk sugarcane combine harvesters.
