Effects of high carbon-based soil remediation fertilizers on soil conservation and tobacco quality at different tillage depths

[目的]探究不同耕层深度下高碳基土壤修复肥对植烟土壤保育和烟叶品质的影响,为植烟土壤保育和优质烟叶生产等提供理论参考.[方法]以植烟土壤为对象,采用大田试验研究了耕作深度 20 cm+常规施肥(CK)、耕作深度20 cm+900 kg·hm-2高碳基土壤修复肥+常规施肥(T1)、耕作深度40 cm+常规施肥(T2)和耕作深度40 cm+900 kg·hm-2高碳基土壤修复肥+常规施肥(T3)4种不同处理对植烟土壤保育和烟叶品质的影响.[结果]与CK相比,深耕条件下施加高碳基土壤修复肥显著提高了土壤pH、全氮、全碳、有效磷、速效钾和有机质含量,增幅分别为16.41%、26.45%、37.96%、13.49%和38.13%.深耕条件下施加高碳基土壤修复肥提高了土壤细菌α多样性和细菌群落的丰富度,显著增加了细菌群落Shannon指数、ACE指数和Chao指数,降低了Simpson指数.深耕条件下配施高碳基土壤修复肥增加了厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)和酸杆菌门(Acidobacteriota)的相对丰度.在烟叶品质方面,深耕条件下配施高碳基土壤修复肥提高了烤后烟叶物理指标,并显著提高了烤后烟的总糖、还原糖、钾含量和两糖比及中性香气物质总量,增幅分别为7.45%、31.23%、15.39%、11.25%和32.04%.[结论]深耕条件下施加高碳基土壤修复肥可以改善植烟土壤的理化性质和细菌群落结构,协调烟叶化学成分,提高烟叶中性香气物质质量分数,提高烟叶品质.

[Purpose]To explore the effects of high carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer on tobac-cotic soil conservation and tobacco leaf quality under different topsoil depths,and to provide theo-retical reference for tobaccotic soil conservation and high-quality tobacco leaf production.[Meth-ods]Tobacco-growing soil was used as the object.Field experiments were conducted with four treatment:tillage depth of 20 cm+conventional fertilization(CK),tillage depth of 20 cm+900 kg·hm-2 high carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer+conventional fertilization(T1),tillage depth of 40 cm+conventional fertilization(T2)and tillage depth of 40 cm+900 kg·hm-2 high carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer+conventional fertilization(T3).The effect of different treatments on soil conservation and tobacco leaf quality were evaluated.[Results]Compared with CK,the application of high carbon base soil repair fertilizer significantly increased the soil pH,total nitrogen,total carbon,available phosphorus,available potassium and organic matter con-tents by 16.41%,26.45%,37.96%,13.49% and 38.13%,respectively.Under deep plough-ing conditions,the application of high carbon-based soil repair fertilizer increased the α diversity of soil bacteria and the richness of bacterial community,significantly increased the Shannon index,ACE index and Chao index of bacterial community,and decreased Simpson index.The relative abundance of Firmicutes and Acidobacteriota was also increased by applying high carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer.In terms of tobacco quality,the combined application of high carbon base soil repair fertilizer under deep ploughing conditions improved the physical indexes of cured tobacco,and significantly increased the content of total sugar,reducing sugar,potassium,ratio of two sugars and total neutral aroma substances in cured tobacco by 7.45%,31.23%,15.39%,11.25%and 32.04%,respectively.[Conclusion]The application of high carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer under deep tillage conditions can improve the physicochemical proper-ties and bacterial community structure of tobacco-growing soil,coordinate the chemical composi-tion of tobacco leaves,increase the content of neutral aroma substances in tobacco leaves,and ultimately improve tobacco leaf quality.
