轨道交通影响下的河谷型城市职住空间结构演变OA

Evolution of the jobs-housing spatial structure in river valley cities driven by rail transit:A case study of the urban core of Lanzhou

职住空间关系复杂是河谷型城市的典型特征之一,而轨道交通介入作为城市空间干预手段,其如何影响河谷型城市的职住空间再分配,是城市空间研究的重要议题.文中以兰州市主城区为研究对象,综合运用百度慧眼数据、POI点数据和问卷调查数据,通过核密度、标准差椭圆、职住比测算、通勤OD分析、空间自相关分析、交通网络构建与设施服务区分析等方法,系统研究2018年与2024年轨道交通运营前后的职住变化格局.结果表明:1)轨道交通改变了传统职住空间分布模式,引导就业区向雁滩-东岗走廊等次级节点疏解,形成多中心就业格局.2)轨道交通站点1.5km范围内为高强度就业集聚区,轨道交通影响区外围以居住功能为主.3)轨道交通参与的兰州市平均通勤时间缩短46.2%,半径扩大至15km以上.4)居住用地在末端站点边缘扩张,商业用地在站点1km内高度集聚,站点沿线综合服务用地增长率达156%.兰州市轨道交通正在改变职住空间格局,在促使东西向职住多中心形成、提升通勤效率的同时,也加剧了站点内外职住分离并引发空间供需矛盾,而城市规划与轨道交通的协同是推动城市功能空间可持续发展的关键路径.研究有助于深入了解轨道交通对于河谷型城市职住空间影响的作用机制与模式,为城市轨道交通规划提供理论依据.

The complexity of jobs-housing spatial relationships is one of the typical characteristics of river-valley cities.The rail transit's construction and operation,as an intervention for urban space,affects the redistribution of jobs-housing space in such cities,which represents a significant topic in urban spatial research.This study takes the urban core of Lanzhou City as its research object.By comprehensively utilizing Baidu Huiyan population data,POI data,and questionnaire survey data,and employing methods such as kernel density estimation,standard deviational ellipse,jobs-housing ratio calculation,commuting OD analysis,spatial autocorrelation analysis,transportation network construction,and facility service area analysis,it systematically examines the changes in jobs-housing patterns before(2018)and after(2024)the operation of the rail transit system.The results indicate that:1)Rail transit has altered the traditional distribution pattern of jobs and housing,guiding employment sub-centers to disperse towards corridors such as Yantan-Donggang,forming a polycentric employment structure.2)Areas within a 1.5km radius of rail transit stations form high-intensity employment agglomerations,while peripheral zones outside the rail transit influencing area are predominantly residential.3)The average commuting time in Lanzhou has shortened by 46.2%with rail transit,and the effective commuting radius has expanded to over 15km.4)Residential land has expanded at the edges of terminal stations,commercial land is highly concentrated within 1km of stations,and the growth rate of comprehensive service land along the rail line has reached 156%.The rail transit system in Lanzhou is transforming the jobs-housing spatial structure.While it promotes the formation of an east-west polycentric jobs-housing pattern and enhances commuting efficiency,it also intensifies the jobs-housing separation inside and outside station areas and triggers spatial supply-demand contradictions.The synergy between urban planning and rail transit is a critical pathway for promoting the sustainable development of urban functional spaces.This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the mechanisms and patterns through which rail transit influences the jobs-housing space of river-valley cities,providing a theoretical basis for urban and transportation planning.
