[目的]探明芥菜酵素液不同浓度与施用方式对大白菜生长和产质量的影响,为尾菜来源的酵素液肥料利用提供参考.[方法]以大白菜黔白 9号为试材,芥菜为原料发酵酵素液,采用叶面喷施(处理A)和根部灌溉(处理B)2种施用方式,将酵素液稀释为 50倍、100倍、200倍、400倍、800倍 5个浓度,定植后分别于 0 d、15 d、30 d施用酵素液 1次,采收期测定其农艺性状、产量与品质.[结果]与叶面喷施相比,根部灌溉施用芥菜酵素液可促进大白菜生长、提高产量和品质,以稀释 200倍处理效果最好,其大白菜的株高、叶长、叶宽、鲜重分别为 26.03 cm、31.10 cm、21.10 cm、0.42 kg/株,均显著高于阴性对照(CK),鲜重较CK提升 223.08%;稀释 400倍根部灌溉处理大白菜的可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量较高,分别为 9.15 mg/g和 7.07 mg/g;根部灌溉可降低土壤pH.[结论]芥菜酵素液对大白菜生产具有明显调控作用.根部灌溉综合效果优于叶面喷施,高浓度(稀释100倍和200倍)酵素根部灌溉对大白菜农艺性状和产量提升效果更好,低浓度(稀释400倍)更利于品质改善.大白菜栽培中可采用芥菜酵素稀释 200倍根部灌溉,或采用稀释 400倍根部灌溉以提升大白菜产量和品质.

[Objective]The effects of mustard fermentation solution with different concentrations and application patterns on growth,yield and quality of Chinese cabbage were investigated to provide a reference for utilization of the fermentation solution from waste vegetables.[Method]The agronomic traits,yield and quality of Qianbai 9,a Chinese cabbage variety,treated with mustard fermentation solution with 5 dilution concentrations ranging from 50 times,100 times,200 times,400 times and 800 times by using two application patterns of foliage spray(A)and root irrigation(B)on 0 d,15 d and 30 d after planting were determined at harvest stage.[Result]Compared to foliar spray pattern,the root irrigation pattern of mustard fermentation solution could promote growth,yield and quality of Chinese cabbage.The plant height,leaf length,leaf width and fresh weight of Chinese cabbage treated with mustard fermentation solution with×200 times by the root irrigation pattern reached 26.03 cm,31.10 cm,21.10 cm and 0.42 kg/plant separately and significantly higher than the negative control(CK),and its fresh weight increased by 223.08%compared with the negative CK.The leaf soluble protein and soluble sugar content of Chinese cabbage treated with mustard fermentation solution with×400 times by the root irrigation pattern reached 9.15 mg/g and 7.07 mg/g respectively.The root irrigation pattern could reduce soil pH.[Conclusion]The mustard fermentation solution has a significant regulation effect on growth of Chinese cabbage.The comprehensive effect of the root irrigation pattern is better than the foliage spray pattern.The root irrigation pattern of mustard fermentation solution with×100 times and×200 times has the better improvement effects on agronomic traits and yield of Chinese cabbage.The root irrigation pattern of mustard fermentation solution with×400 times is beneficial to improve quality of Chinese cabbage.The root irrigation pattern of mustard fermentation solution with×200 times or×400 times can be used to improve yield or quality of Chinese cabbage respectively.
