大庆油田沙河子组致密砂砾岩气藏效益开发实践OA
Economic development practice of tight glutenite gas reservoirs in Shahezi Formation of Daqing Oilfield:Taking SOS9H well block in Anda area as an example
大庆油田深层沙河子组砂砾岩气藏埋藏较深、储层致密、非均质性强,气井产能低,储层主控因素不清,合理的开发对策尚不明确,效益开发面临严峻挑战.通过开展储层展布及动态特征描述,明确沙河子组砂砾岩发育厚层型和薄互层型2种储层类型,厚层型效益开发的潜力优于薄互层型.通过攻关"甜点"优选、地质工程一体化模型建立、优化部署等开发技术,建立了致密砂砾岩气藏经济开发技术界限、三维地质模型和应力模型,形成了致密气藏优化部署模式.以SOS9H井区为例开展厚层型致密砂砾岩气藏效益提产先导试验,试验区气井滚动实施连续获得产量突破,最高无阻流量达到186.0×104 m3/d,展示了良好的效益开发前景.先导试验区取得的规律认识,为大庆油田沙河子组致密气的规模效益增储建产奠定了坚实的基础,研究成果为同类气藏的效益开发提供了有效的技术指导.
Deep glutenite gas reservoirs in Shahezi Formation of Daqing Oilfield are characterized by large burial depth,tight reservoirs,high heterogeneity and low well productivity.Main controlling factors for reservoir quality remain unclear,and optimal development strategies are yet to be defined,posing severe challenges to economic pro-duction.Through reservoir distribution and dynamic characterization,2 types of reservoirs are identified including thick-bedded and thin-interbedded glutenite reservoirs.Thick-bedded reservoirs demonstrate much potential for eco-nomic development than thin-interbedded reservoirs.Through the research on development techniques,including"sweet spot"optimization,integrated geoscience-engineering modeling and optimized deployment,economic devel-opment technical limits and 3D geological and geomechanical models for tight glutenite gas reservoirs are estab-lished,forming optimized deployment strategy for tight gas reservoirs.Pilot test for economic production increase is performed in SOS9H well block targeting thick-bedded tight glutenite gas reservoirs.Progressive development of gas wells in test area achieve successive breakthroughs in production,with maximum open-flow capacity reaching 186.0×104 m3/d,demonstrating promising economic potential.Understandings from this pilot test area solid founda-tion for large-scale economic development of tight gas in Shahezi Formation in Daqing Oilfield.The research pro-vides valuable technical guidance for economic development in similar tight gas reservoirs.
