[目的]综合评价草珊瑚种质资源,筛选具有潜力的优异种质,为草珊瑚良种选育及开发利用提供参考.[方法]以广西及其周边地区 30份草珊瑚种质为研究对象,考察其农艺性状(株高、地茎粗、茎条数、叶长及叶宽)、叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)及药用成分(异嗪皮啶、迷迭香酸)含量,运用多层次分析法和加权计算法并结合聚类分析对草珊瑚种质资源进行综合评价.[结果]多层次加权评判与聚类分析结果表明,30份草珊瑚种质存在明显表型差异及代谢多样性.在产量性状方面,草珊瑚的株高(CV=33.6%)、茎条数(CV=43.8%)和叶面积(CV=30.2%)变异相对较大,其中,25号种质株高达 117.5 cm,较群体均值(69.4 cm)提高 69.31%;10号种质叶面积(68.7 cm2)为群体均值(45.0 cm2)的 1.53倍.在质量性状方面,异嗪皮啶(0.008%~0.041%)与迷迭香酸(0.020%~1.375%)含量差异明显,20号种质药效成分总含量(1.399%)是群体均值(0.600%)的 2.3倍.22号、24号、33号种质综合评分排名前三,分别为 0.756分、0.732分、0.748分,其产量性状(株高≥93.6 cm,茎数≥8.6条)与质量性状(药效成分总含量≥1.573%)相对较优.聚类分析将 30份草珊瑚种质划分为 4个类群,第IV类群的 9份种质兼具高产特性与优质潜力,可作为单株系谱选育的优良材料.[结论]基于多层次加权评判法并结合聚类分析的综合评价方法,能科学量化的综合评价草珊瑚种质资源.第IV类群草珊瑚种质产量性状与质量性状表现相对较好,可作为单株选育的优良材料.

[Objective]The potential excellent Sarcandra glabra germplasm resources were screened by comprehensively evaluating S.glabra germplasm resources to provide a reference for breeding,development and utilization of improved S.glabra germplasm varieties.[Method]The agronomic traits(plant height,ground diameter,stem number,leaf length and leaf width),chlorophyll relative content index(SPAD value)and medicinal components(isofraxidin and rosmarinic acid)content of 30 S.glabra germplasm resources collected from Guangxi and surrounding areas were investigated and 30 S.glabra germplasm resources were comprehensively evaluated by multi-level analysis,weighted calculation algorithms and hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA).[Result]There were significant differences in phenotype and metabolism among 30 S.glabra germplasm resources.The variable coefficients of plant height,stem number and leaf area were 33.6%,43.8%and 30.2%respectively.The plant height of No.25 was 117.5 cm and 69.31%higher than the average population value(69.4 cm).The leaf area of No.10 was 68.7 cm2 and 1.53 times the average population value(45.0 cm2).There were obvious differences in isofraxidin content(0.008%-0.041%)and rosmarinic acid content(0.020%-1.375%).Total content(1.399%)of medicinal compositions in No.20 was 2.3 times the average population value(0.600%).The comprehensive score of No.22,No.24 and No.33 with good yield traits(plant height≥93.6 cm and stem number≥8.6)and better quality trait(total medicinal components content≥1.573%)was 0.756,0.732 and 0.748 respectively.30 S.glabra germplasm resources were clustered into four groups.9 S.glabra germplasm resources in Group IV with high-yield characteristics and high-quality potential could be used as the excellent materials in single-plant pedigree breeding of S.glabra.[Conclusion]The comprehensive evaluation method including multi-level weighted evaluation and clustering analysis can be used in comprehensive evaluation of S.glabra germplasm resources.Group IV with high-yield and high-quality traits should be used as the excellent materials in single-plant breeding of S.glabra.
