为实时监测露天矿工艺设备排放的二氧化碳(CO2)浓度,利用 Wi-Fi模块无线传输物联网技术、NDIR扩散式CO2传感器、普中STM32F103ZET6单片机,设计了一种露天矿工艺设备CO2排放监测系统,具有CO2浓度实时监测、有效存储、多渠道显示、声光报警和无线传输等功能.将该系统应用于某露天矿穿孔设备排放的CO2浓度监测中,结果表明:该监测系统能在复杂的露天开采条件下实时监测KQ-100钻机排放的CO2浓度,有效储存和传输CO2浓度数据;当CO2浓度高于预设阈值时,触发声光报警模块,蜂鸣器报警,同时LED红灯闪烁;该系统丢包率为0,云平台上CO2浓度监测数据相对延迟3 s.该监测系统具有稳定性好、可靠性高、功耗低、丢包率低和延迟时间短等优点,可为露天矿工艺设备优选和碳排放量核算提供技术支撑.

In order to monitor the concentration of carbon dioxide(CO2)emitted by open-pit mine process equipment in real time,a CO2 emission monitoring system for open-pit mine process equipment is designed by using the Internet of things technology of wireless transmission of Wi-Fi module,NDIR diffusion CO2 sensor and puzhong STM32F103ZET6 chip microcomputer.It has the functions of real-time monitoring of CO2 concentration,effective storage,multi-channel display,sound and light alarm and wireless transmission.The system is applied to the monito-ring of CO2 concentration emitted by perforation equipment in an open-pit mine.The results show that the monitoring system can monitor the CO2 concentration emitted by KQ-100 drilling rig in real time under complex open-pit mining conditions,and effectively store and transmit CO2 concentration data.When the CO2 concentration is higher than the preset threshold,the sound and light alarm module is triggered,the buzzer alarms,and the LED red light flashes;the packet loss rate of the system is 0,and the CO2 concentration monitoring data on the cloud platform is relatively delayed by 3 s.The monitoring system has the advantages of good stability,high reliability,low power consumption,low packet loss rate and short delay time,which can provide technical support for the optimization of open-pit mining process equipment and carbon emission accounting.
