高含冰碛物铜钼矿的矿物学特征及富集工艺研究OA
Study on mineralogical characteristics and enrichment process of copper-molybdenum ore with high moraine content
高海拔地区富含冰碛物的铜钼矿资源潜力巨大,但其复杂的矿物组成和高含泥特性增大了选矿难度.本文以普朗铜矿为研究对象,通过分析矿石的矿物学特征,优化浮选工艺参数和药剂制度,以实现高含泥铜钼矿的高效富集.工艺矿物学研究表明,矿石中主要金属矿物为黄铜矿和辉钼矿,脉石矿物以石英、斜长石、钾长石、白云母和黑云母为主,其中易泥化矿物含量较高,导致磨矿过程中泥化现象严重.基于工艺矿物学分析,通过浮选试验考察了磨矿细度、pH、抑制剂和捕收剂用量对浮选效果的影响,得到的最佳工艺条件为:磨矿细度-0.074 mm占65%、pH=8、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)用量300 g/t、组合捕收剂(YK-9016+YK-111)用量60 g/t、起泡剂HCCL用量50 g/t.在此条件下,通过闭路浮选试验获得的铜钼混合精矿的铜品位达22.15%、铜回收率为81.38%、钼品位为1.060%、钼回收率为70.10%.本研究揭示了高含冰碛物铜钼矿的矿物学特征与浮选行为之间的关系,提出了针对性的工艺优化方案,可为高海拔地区类似资源的开发利用研究提供参考.
The resource potential of copper-molybdenum ore rich in moraine in high altitude area is huge,but its complex mineral composition and high mud content increase the difficulty of mineral processing.In this paper,Pulang Copper Mine is taken as the research object.By analyzing the mineralogical characteristics of the ore,the flotation process parameters and reagent system are optimized to achieve efficient enrichment of high-slim copper-molybdenum ore.The study of process mineralogy shows that the main metal minerals in the ore are chalcopyrite and molybdenite,and the gangue minerals are mainly quartz,plagioclase,K-feldspar,muscovite and biotite.The content of easily mudding minerals is high,which leads to serious mudding in the grinding process.Based on the analysis of process mineralogy,the effects of grinding fineness,pH,inhibitor and collector dosage on flotation effect were investigated by flotation test.The optimum process conditions are as follows:grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounted for 65%,pH=8,CMC dosage of 300 g/t,combined collector(YK-9016+YK-111)dosage of 60 g/t,and HCCL dosage of 50 g/t.Under these conditions,the copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate obtained by closed-circuit flotation test has a copper grade of 22.15%,a copper recovery of 81.38%,a molybdenum grade of 1.060%,and a molybdenum reco-very of 70.10%.This study reveals the relationship between the mineralogical characteristics and flotation behavior of copper-molybdenum ore with high moraine content,and proposes a targeted process optimization scheme,which can provide reference for the development and utilization of similar resources in high altitude areas.
