河南某金尾矿工艺矿物学及石英可选性研究OA
Study on process mineralogy and quartz washability of gold tailings in Henan Province
为实现河南某金尾矿的规模化减量和高值化利用,对该金尾矿进行了化学成分、矿物组成、粒度分布、矿物嵌布特征及解离度等工艺矿物学研究,并在此基础上开展了石英综合回收可选性试验研究.结果表明:该金尾矿-0.074 mm粒级占62.1%,其中石英、钾长石、斜长石和黑云母的质量分数分别为63.91%、12.19%、8.43%和7.32%,还含有少量方解石、白云石、角闪石、金红石等;金尾矿中石英的完全解离度为68.74%,大部分石英与钾长石、斜长石、黑云母等矿物解离,仅有少量石英与钾长石、黑云母、斜长石、硅灰石等矿物共伴生;采用脱泥-磁选-擦洗-反浮除铁-反浮云母-反浮长石的工艺流程回收金尾矿中的石英,获得了SiO2 质量分数为98.580%的石英精矿;采用混酸对该石英精矿进行酸浸处理,得到了SiO2质量分数为99.924 0%的产品,满足JC/T 2314-2015《光伏玻璃用硅质原料》对光伏砂的质量要求.研究成果可为后续的金尾矿资源高效利用提供参考.
In order to realize the large-scale reduction and high-value utilization of a gold tailings in Henan Province,the chemical composition,mineral composition,particle size distribution,mineral dissemination characteristics and dissociation degree of the gold tailings were studied on technological mineralogy,and on this basis,the experimental study on the selectivity of comprehensive recovery of quartz was carried out.The results show that the particle size of-0.074 mm in the gold tailings accounts for 62.1%,and the mass fractions of quartz,K-feldspar,plagioclase and biotite are 63.91%,12.19%,8.43% and 7.32%,respectively.It also contains a small amount of calcite,dolomite,hornblende and rutile.The complete dissociation degree of quartz in the gold tailings is 68.74%.Most of the quartz is dissociated from potassium feldspar,plagioclase,biotite and other minerals,and only a small amount of quartz is asso-ciated with potassium feldspar,biotite,plagioclase,wollastonite and other minerals.Quartz in gold tailings was recovered by the process of desliming-magnetic separation-scrubbing-reverse flotation iron removal-reverse flotation mica-reverse flotation feldspar,and quartz concentrate with SiO2 mass fraction of 98.580% was obtained.The quartz concentrate was treated by acid leaching with mixed acid,and the product with SiO2 mass fraction of 99.924 0% was obtained,which met the quality requirements of JC/T 2314-2015 silicon raw material for photovoltaic glass for photovoltaic sand.The research results can provide reference for the efficient and comprehensive recovery of gold tailings resources in the future.
