临近露天爆破区域的风电场风机爆破振动控制标准及影响研究OA

近年来,以风力发电为代表的清洁能源发展迅速,尤其是内陆已建风电场,与水利、水电、矿山、公路交通等工程存在越来越多的交叉,上述工程建设过程中不可避免的会涉及到露天爆破开挖临近风电场风机的情况,该文以风电场风机为研究对象,结合相关规程规范及有限元计算,提出了临近露天爆破区域的风电场风机的爆破振动控制标准,并以具体工程为例,结合三维有限元模型,对风电场风机的动力响应进行分析,得出爆破单段药量的控制标准,结果可作为类似工程参考,用于指导设计及现场施工,避免爆破振动影响风电场风机的正常运营.

In recent years,clean energy represented by wind power generation has developed rapidly,especially in inland wind farms,which have increasingly intersected with water conservancy,hydropower,mining,highway transportation and other engineering projects.In the construction process of these projects,it is inevitable to involve the situation of open-pit blasting excavation near wind farm fans.This article takes wind farm fans as the research object,combines relevant regulations and specifications with finite element calculations,and proposes blasting vibration control standards for wind farm fans near the open-pit blasting area.Taking specific projects as examples,combined with three-dimensional finite element models,the dynamic response of wind farm fans is analyzed,and the control standard for blasting single-stage explosive dosage is obtained.The results can be used as a reference for similar projects to guide design and on-site construction,and avoid the impact of blasting vibration on wind farms.Normal operation of wind turbines in the power plant.
