"双碳"战略下,高比例可再生能源大规模并网已成为新型电力系统发展的必然趋势,系统灵活调节能力面临前所未有的挑战.虚拟电厂通过聚合海量分散的柔性分布式能源,成为提升电力系统灵活性的关键途径之一.然而,虚拟电厂调节能力的有效发挥及其市场价值的充分实现,依赖于对聚合成本的精准建模.聚合成本建模的核心任务是构建一个从聚合功率变量映射至虚拟电厂最优运行成本的数学模型,本质上涉及高维非线性函数的精确推导或高效拟合,这一过程是典型的非确定性多项式时间难题.鉴于此,文章首先阐述了聚合灵活性的内涵及其成本构成要素,剖析了聚合成本建模所面临的异构资源建模、高维可行域刻画以及不确定性管理等关键难点.其次,总结了当前主流聚合成本建模方法的基本原理与适用场景,为不同应用场景下的方法选择提供理论依据.进一步探讨了聚合成本模型在输配协同调度、市场化运行等典型场景中的应用.最后,基于当前研究进展与实际需求,展望了聚合成本建模问题的未来研究方向,为推动虚拟电厂技术的深化发展与应用实践提供参考.

Under the"dual carbon"strategy,the large-scale grid integration of high proportion of renewable energies has become an inevitable trend in the development of new power systems,posing unprecedented challenges to the system's flexible regulation capability.Virtual power plants(VPPs),by aggregating massive distributed,flexible distributed energy resources,have emerged as a key approach to enhancing the flexibility of power systems.However,the effective utilization of VPPs'regulation capabilities and the full realization of their market value depend on the accurate modeling of the aggregation costs.The core task of the aggregation cost modeling is to construct a mathematical model that maps aggregated power variables to the optimal operating costs of a VPP,which essentially involves the precise derivation or efficient fitting of high-dimensional nonlinear functions—a typical NP-hard problem.Considering this,this paper first elaborates on the connotation of aggregation flexibility and its cost components and then analyzes the key challenges in aggregation cost modeling,including the modeling of heterogeneous resources,the characterization of high-dimensional feasible regions,and uncertainty management.Next,we summarize the fundamental principles and applicable scenarios of current mainstream aggregation cost modeling methods,providing a theoretical basis for method selection in different applications.Furthermore,we explore the application of aggregation cost models in typical scenarios such as transmission-distribution coordinated dispatch and market-oriented operation.Finally,based on current research progress and practical needs,the paper outlines future research directions for aggregation cost modeling,offering insights to promote the development and practical application of VPP technology.
