面向复杂用电场景负荷监测的高鲁棒性事件检测方法OA

事件驱动的非侵入式负荷监测以事件检测为基础,从总线电气量变化中感知负荷运行状态.然而,现有事件检测方法在广泛具有长切换暂态、短切换间隔、高运行波动特点的复杂用电场景中误检、漏检严重,因此,文章提出一种高鲁棒性的事件检测方法.该方法首先由结合趋势分析的改进滑动窗检测各尺度事件,然后再利用自适应阈值校验减少运行波动影响,并基于离群值检测分离长切换暂态中的短间隔事件.实验表明,所提方法在公开数据集的复杂场景中均表现更优.

Event-driven non-intrusive load monitoring relies on event detection to infer the working status of a single load from changes in aggregated measurements.However,existing event detection methods suffer from significant false positives and missed detections in complex electricity usage scenarios,commonly characterized by long switching transients,short switching intervals,and high fluctuations.Therefore,a robust event detection method is proposed.The method first detects events at multiple scales using an improved sliding window combined with trend analysis and then applies adaptive thresholding to mitigate the impact of fluctuations.Furthermore,it separates short-interval events occurring within long switching transients based on outlier detection.Experiments demonstrate that the proposed method consistently outperforms existing approaches across diverse complex scenarios in public datasets.
